Ok so I played with my phone and I was able to see the new program! This what I've read so far...
SPOILER ALERT 🚩🚩🚩
Yes it's called personal points!
The new algorithm distinguishes between unsaturated and saturated fats
Foods high in protein and fibre will be lower in points and yes that includes avocado! Weeklies and roll-overs are still there
Customised zero food list
Earn more points when you do healthy things like drink your water, add spinach to your Omelette
The program takes your metabolic rate into consideration.
The more zero foods you have the lower your dailies will be and vice versa.
There's lots for me to read still, so far it all looks great!

*hold's breath and waits for the official AU rollout*
Is anyone else confused by the fact it has been YEARS since they've rolled out countries on different weeks? Usually AU has been hours ahead of us, not weeks. This is VERY strange.

Thank you for this information.

I wonder if other countries are being rolled out early too? Anyone from Europe here currently doing WW? reneinitaly or cathygeha when you look at your WW homepage does it say anything about a new plan?

It looks like the points are calculated on:
Kilojoules Fibre Protein Unsaturated fat Added sugar Saturated fats
BUT I think because everyone's zero foods will be different, recipes won't have the same points for everyone? Perhaps that's why here the last 2 cookbooks have had QR codes instead of the points?!

How is added sugar calculated, most labels won’t separate what’s natural and what’s added, at least not here in Australia?
now 6 values to be punched into the calculator?

chook and xrisy for over a year at least (maybe 2) here in the US we have had to add everything from the nutritional information label. You guys don't have to do that?! Lucky!!

How is added sugar calculated, most labels won’t separate what’s natural and what’s added, at least not here in Australia? Here in the US, they've been working to get the added sugar line added to labels for a few years. "Manufacturers with $10 million or more in annual sales were required to update their labels by January 1, 2020; manufacturers with less than $10 million in annual food sales were required to update their labels by January 1, 2021. Manufacturers of most single-ingredient sugars, such as honey and maple syrup, and certain cranberry products have until July 1, 2021 to make the changes. The compliance dates are still in place, but the FDA is working cooperatively with manufacturers to meet the new Nutrition Facts label requirements." DebDoesWW , Thanks for tagging me. I am thinking that doing this with I Track Bites app and trying to do THIS version might be way too hard. I am sort of doing the Purple My Way with ITB but this using ITB free might be REALLY hard. I keep thinking that to get down to goal (still hovering around 160) I might have to bite the bullet and do the original points program that got me to goal in 1998/9 or just count calories? I will avidly watch this as my sister has lost to goal using the Blue Plan and might stay with the new program or try ITB and trying ITB doing Blue I can help her with but not sure about this new plan and ITB.
Eagerly awaiting what comes next!
Also...food labeling in Lebanon is NOT complete and often nonexistent...of course I am eating whole grains, fresh produce, olive oil from our trees, and very little that would need a label...
