Does the app still have trouble from time to time or is it just me? Sometimes I try to use it and it just spins the wheel processing when I try to add a food. Or none of my recent foods come up and it’s all blank. I have suffered slowness on my Android phone but I attribute that because I have an old Android phone.

I sometime can cure the spinning by closing and reopening the app or restarting my phone. I don't restart it that often and I usually blame that for spinning issues. But I did have another odd issue. I track using either phone, computer or tablet. Phone and tablet are android. I've gotten in the habit of pretracking the night before on the tablet. But when I look at my phone, it sometimes goes to the wrong meal. I'm pretty sure it's right on the tablet or I would notice and fix it and it's happened on more than one occasion but not every time. I haven't been using the computer as much to track, although I still like it best when entering a recipe. That might change when I get a chromebook.

finreporter, My latest glitch is in the morning when I go on the app on my Android phone my daily points are right, but it shows plus four veggies. I have to go back a day, and return to the current day and then the veggies reset to none.

squid, It's like all the info that is stored for the previous day is not completely cleared when it is a new day.

I usually don't have app problems but this one today was weird. I have an iPhone and went out to lunch with a friend. The foods I ate are on the app so I recorded them after lunch. Later, I went to look at WW on my browser on my computer and it said I had 0 recorded for today. So I went and looked at my phone and it still showed what I ate for lunch. I then logged out in the browser on computer and logged back in. It still had nothing for today. I checked my phone and now (5 minutes later) it said I had not recorded anything for today. Of course, I then recorded the food again and it is fine but I've never had that happen before. finreporter, It has always amazed me how backward WW is on technology. I remember a couple of years ago paying Half Size me each month and they did so much more with technology! There were constant short videos on stuff several times a week. There were courses that were taught by combination of video and written materials. There were "challenges" you could do (these were not competitive but everyone would post). There was a weekly webinar (somewhat similar to a virtual workshop). At the time a monthly pass was twice as expensive and didn't offer nearly as much. WW has gotten a bit better with the virtual workshops although most of the coaches annoy me. WW wants people to be digital members but they don't offer the content they could offer. And, yes, their apps are often buggy and the website is terrible, etc.

Kitty, that's what always puzzles me. WW wants so desperately for everyone to be digital (even if a meetings member) and yet they don't invest the cash we all give them to actually offer a top notch digital product/service. They half ass it. It is extremely strange to me. I get that they want to maximize profit so minimizing costs even in one of your highly emerging services is what they've chosen to do, but then stop trying to pretend you are some tech-savvy company who's ready and willing to be in today's world. I'll keep using it since I already paid for the subscription, but I'll probably keep grumbling about it throughout the subscription period.

I track on my computer and always find it on my iPhone then. I went Friday for the month and returneing with another resident in this apartment complex who has coupons for meeting and then I gave her a gift for tracking and she learned it today. she is older than me but weighs less. I am lifetime since I was 17. But I hsdf a doctor put a high gold as I work toward onederland and done have to pay for tracking or meetings. My points are for crystal light and oatmeal packets high fiber 8 packets a box. I am getting crystal light from my grocery store tonight to last me over till I shop next.

HELP!! I've been Lifetime since 2007 and have never gone back. I have been tracking and weighing in successfully ever since. The Personal Points Plan is driving me CRAZY. It seems absolutely INSANE to me...and I am gaining more weight each week and have lost all motivation to track. It tells me obviously high point foods are now ZERO. I know better and tracking only gets me more pounds. Because I don't have a digital phone I no longer can track my activity which has definitely affected my motivation to move. I am finally thinking I may quit...unheard of after all these years. Still....I can't trust WW anymore and WW is definitely not working for me. Do others have the same issues? Am I 'the only one'?

kantaji, welcome! Sorry you're frustrated and gaining. Can you give us some examples of zero point foods you're eating that are high point foods? What do your portion sizes look like?

I'm not having issues with the new program although I don't like it as well as PointsPlus. The only zero point foods I have are fruit, veggies & chicken. I have no high point foods as zero. Perhaps you need to redo the assessment & remove some of those high point foods. The other option is to join Healthi (was ITrackBites) & do the program you prefer.

I've pretty much stayed the same since the new program came out, but I'll admit I'm not exactly on plan either. I think you should decide what you want on your zero list and retake the assessment to get it. Remember, zero foods aren't a free for all, you should still weigh and measure.
Could you show us what you are eating in a day? That could help us better assess your situation.

A few pages back I posted some comments about shredded wheat and bran. I bought some recently because it was on sale at Publix, BOGO. A serving is listed on the box as 60 grams. 40 grams with blueberries and milk is plenty for me. The cereal was 3 pts., blueberries zero, and 3 oz. of Fairlife milk was 1 pt. My 2nd breakfast 😁 was a Boar's head chicken sausage link (1 pt.) sauteed and then mixed into 2 scrambled eggs (zero). I had a VERY satisfying morning of eating for only 5 points. YMMV depending on your personal zero point foods.

That reminds me I want to buy some chicken sausage! Thanks, Squid! I keep forgetting how many low point protein options are out there. I need to add some variety to my grocery list.
