Jennifer, What stratcat45 says is what I understand. That is, some foods have a range of points because they contain foods that are zero for some people but not others. However, some foods don't have any zero point components and will be the same for everyone. Some of the snack foods did go up with this plan and some went down (usually one point difference).

Thanks Kitty, I understand that as well and agree, what I am referring to is a point range on the ww product boxes. There are no 0 point foods in those, still a point range is what we were told we'd see. I am going to look next week when I go in to see if I can find an example. One is the breakfast cookies, I was told the new packaging would have a point range listed because the cookies may be 3 for some and 4 for others. If don't see it on new packaging, I wonder if this notion has gone quietly by the wayside

I wish I could afford more fruits that's all. I likee it too. I can eat healthy on this plan. But inflation is affecting my ability. I can't gt off diet soda which would save me a lot. Some canned fruit (unsweetened) is 0 points. Could you try to cut down a bit on the diet soda. Not sure how much you drink.

So the concept kitty and stratcat have explained may still apply.
