I am not sure which is cheaper flavored water or food club diet cola which is very good . I am going to get delivered meals this coming Tuesday. I need to get one hot meal for Tuesdauy. then I will have enough to the next delivery of 14 every other week. I get 16 Tuesday but need Monday ad Tuesday hot meals. I will go with 'Scott on Monday to get 2 lean cuisines. I will take a taxi back. Monday a worker comes 1-4. We will go in morning.

Good morning! I have a busy day today! Mo, what a difference having a hands off supervisor makes! My former boss was a micromanager but got a new manager last year and first thing he did was reduce our daily meetings to once a week. He's da man, lol! Mo, enjoy your week off and trip to Niagara Falls! Amy, your planning out your meals inspires me to do the same -thanks! Waving Hi! to Brenda! Nice seeing more activity here on the thread! I get a pantry delivering each Saturday cold turkey or beef in a roll. I put one I refrigerator and used 3 nonfat pasta sauces once I made the whole wheat spaghetti in a microwave asset cooker. I put the spaghetti in the copper check on my induction plate and chopped up the turikey or beef and used 3 bottles of pasta sauce from Whole Foods. it cooked long on high and then put it at 360 temperature and then when it was boiling I unplugged and put in a large bowl and a medium bowl. I think each weekend I will make this for Scott and I It is a treat. I wont plug in my oven ubut I have a large induction plate with temperature control and air fryer big oven with French doors to bake broil fry etc so that is good too.

I will start eating better Monday We have 3 pizza Scotts friend is coming over tomorrow. A friend who borrowed my suitcase and something from Scott made spaghetti dinner for us with meatusauc and garlic bread. Scott tomorrow has my snap card and going to buy 4 lean cuisine. I will ask the head of the company that is coming Monday to help the worker train to shop with me Tuesday morning. Scott will be there and we will ask if he needs waivers from us. I hope we can go Tuesday morning. If not . We will go after Russ gets home from work Thursday. I will buy some 4 packs of 4 bagels. That will allow me to have 2 whole wheat bagels a day 4 slices in toaster with 1 tablespoon of peanuteer on 4 slices and a hot dinner I am getting starting Wednesday for each day of the week I decided to drink the diet soda while it is cheaper. Scott cleaned my apartment today. We will be in his apartment tomorrow. But Scott is going to target in morning to get me 4 lean cuisines for Monday and Tuesday. Ii am getting dinners from a agency tuna caserole for some and lasagna for the other. The lasagna has an oatmeal type of desert. But the tuna fish has vegetables in the tuna casserole. I am getting 16 Tuesday to last me till June 9 when I will get 14 every other week. I am happy a bout being in back with this other public eco. But they denied me my nee ablations. In June I will ask my docto4r to send another referral . I see the doctor June 13 so I hope I have an answer to her by then. I have an ombudsman helping me appeal if they say no. I sent the releases for the pubic eco to send her the treatment I received over the years. I don't know if she sent that to the ombudsman yet.

I am eating 2 lean cuisines tomorrow and 4 tablespoons of peanut butter. I have blueberry and cherries and apples I can eat. I will eat the fruit too today and Tuesday. We shop Thursday with Russ unless we shop Tuesday with a walker . I take to the owner for 3 hours tomorrow. I am going to my credit union tomorrow to deposit about 4.75 in my checking account. I need this for July 's costs to have 5 more dollars in credit union and 20 to leave as a balance. I will be able to do that. I was at /scott's today for awhile. I te junk yesterday and threw outthe reminder. my good friend I met at wW is moving on the eight floor June 9. I told her what kind of air conditioner she needs in sleeve in the wall of the living room. O told there the dimension the minimum btus that Scott measured and also that she should purchase it fast before they are gone. so I hope the worker that I recommended to her will take her toHome depot who willdleiver and install a resident here said she used. she has all the information 27 by 17 and sleeve in the wall and minimum 10,000 bus so I think she will get our mutual friend to driver her right away.

I gained a lot today. We were expecting. friend to visit. but he did not come. So we made too much food. I thew the rest of the cheese pizza out and chips out too. I am going to start tomorrow morning with peanutr 4 tablespoons and 2 lean cuisines for Monday and Tuesday. and then on Wednesday I will start to eat the one meal a day that in calories is equal to 2 lean cuisines. I am nervous about meeting the agency I hope they will shop once a week m=with me. they offered topics up food I am not giving my money to anyone.

I bought whole wheat bagels forever a type of bagel produced in Madison that are 230 calories per bagel. I eat 2 baglels a day 460 calories 4 tablespoons of peanut butter 360 nd a Mos meal a day that is deliver every other week 560 Clovis I get enoug afor for 1 meal a day.

We will shop with russ June 2. I have enough bagels and peanut butter for 2 a day. I have my toaster that is wide to put in bagel. I met one of the w will remain Sunday Monday and Tuesday. We shopped . I used my walker but my Kees really hurt. Scott met us wit my cart to bring the groceries up. got 9 12 packs all of food cub diet cola. I have enough snap for shopping June 2 with Russ with Snap. Russ has more room with his trunk so Scott can put the wheel chair in his trunk. and put groceries on top. Then russ puts his groceries in the back seat. It is rush hour when we shop . But Russ I retiring in 4 months fro his 66th birthday. then I ca pay him some and he can take us each Thursday. I see my case manager from my Community Support program. She brings me medication for me . She icoming by 3pm. then 5 pm Russ and I are going to a kickback for my Congressman from Madison and surrounding counties. I donated 1 dollar. Russ said we should leave last 5pm. I m glad I got enough bagels and peanut butter all June 2. We get paid June 3 and Russ is going to get a cashiers check. I am taking money out for products and 3 rolls of quarters and food. I am paying back the money I barred from a trust to put back in Stable.this month and next. Then for 3 months I will send nibs there so I can pay my utility 2023, Then I can pay m bills fine. I am sure my trust will allow me. I won use it till December 2022 to pay the utility. then I am going to see if that trust can pay half my rent in 2023.

I am happy. IK h ave what I will eat daily. I am eating 1700 calories. but I am happy. If only could get myu knees feeling better. I am going to WW next Friday. I have workers 7 days a week.But once a month Friday i go to WW. I weighed almost 220. That means I quickly gained 5 pounds. I know that if I have enough to eat. I can get by.Russ took to the store yesterday so i cluld get 7 packages of MJusselmans lite cinnamon applesauce 6 half cup containers in a package. i am so happy about that. I am happy . next month Biden declared an emergency till October. so we get more Snap next month. That will help me a a lot next month. Next week I have enough Snap to finish May. i used a walker with Russ yesterday my knees huyr a lot. but Scott can go next Thursday with Ruuss and me. so he can put the wheel chair in Russ's trunk. He fits the groceries on top of the wheel chair. i have 2 home health workers. 2 hours a dayin the moreing for 5 days and in the afternoon 2 days.Russ may retire either in September or October. Hwe has to find out this month from Social SZecuiity. Hwe was 66 may 2. He is not sure when 66 and 4 months occur.
