Does anyone know if the free app access for lifetime is available to people who have a doctors note or is it only available if you are lifetime at a weight that is within the WW goal range?

If your doctor gave you a note for WW setting your goal weight, and WW accepted it, it is your goal. You will need to WI the first meeting you attend each month, and will get a voucher for free e-tools.

What Geric said. The only thing you can't do is work for WW without being in their range.

My goal weight is above the WW guidelines but my doctor sent a note and WW accepted it. I think the new rules for WW employees does not require that they are at goal. My leader is still above hers as are some of the weight recorders.

They are not as strict about employee weight any more. I was told that by my leader.

Thank you all for the replies. It has been a couple months since I brought in my note, and no one offered me the voucher for the free e-tools. I will have to ask next week.

It's been my experience that the weight recorders forget to offer you the voucher, especially if you are weighing in at goal mid-month. They don't mean anything by it; they just forget. Don't be shy about reminding them.

Unfortunately they don't just hand out the etool vouchers. You need to ask them. I usually ask at the first of the month...when I remember LOL. You can also keep on entering you etool voucher numbers. I'm a few years ahead of the game! Good luck and congratulations on making lifetime!

They do forget to give it to you, and I was also offered the voucher at 5 lbs over goal last week. I didn't take it. I wanna earn it. 😊

I have some who remember every time I weigh in to ask, and some that I have to remind each month.

I usually have to remind mine for the etools, also but it's because I am talking and distracting them!

What Geric said. The only thing you can't do is work for WW without being in their range. Which I find so interesting because so many receptionists in my area are well over the goal chart whether or not they have doctor-set goals. But then workers willing to accept low wages are very scarce here.
