TomorrowI I am shooting for 1200 calories a day about. I want to save 95 a month for emergencies. I ate junk food and I hope I can keep this up for. week. I will eat half a can of progresso soup. and 2 meals that ever delivered every week for 2 a day. tunafish casserole with cornbread. it does not always have corn bread. But I like that. I am hoping to get the tuition I paid refunded. The class has not started yet so I hope I get it all.President Biden is coming to Madison Wednesday. I invited him to our building .Doutbt he will do it.

Hello! Oh my, it's been a long time! I have to get used to working, keeping up with PT and keeping up here!
I'm doing well. I'm at 128-130 degrees flexion with my new knee, am starting to do some ankle weights with my PT exercises, but still a ways to go with weight bearing aerobic exercise like walking. I'm using the stationery bike but not the TM yet. I SO want to get back to regular exercising! But also don't want to injure myself.
Amy, I tend to just eat two meals a day now. I stopped gaining doing that. But I still eat to much junk.
Amy, that would be so cool is Biden came by. Apparently Biden came to Syracuse last Saturday but no public appearances. So why come here?

Well will maybe have 2 meals or 4 meals with lentil soup in 2 meals. I will try that tomorrow cause I am sick of this junk food. 1320 calories.

Scott and I organized .I have a better lviling room where I sleep, have my iMac and printer and tv.itomorrow my recumbent bike will be built.Scott and I took out another big cheir which will be picked up by the city. I can turn the tv around to watch on my bed or watch nearer the Skitch Ihav one open room for Skitch living room ,.in my bedroomistore things. I am paying a friend and Scott I already too to put the apartment recumbent bike together. It will be where the4 chair was .then my my treadnill is on the other side with maybe. so I turn aro9und the tv and watch from there. It works well.

I divide the lentil can of soup in 2 and have 2 meals. Then I have 2 tuna fish casserole meals for lunch and dinner

aim going to drink crystal light and 3 diet sodas a day. I save money slightly bu tit helps . I will by 2 cans of lentil soup a day and 10 packs of crystal light and one 24 pack of diet cherry soda. and hav 2 moms meals and 1 big of frozen blueberries I have stationary bike now I will ride

well I am first trying to eat well and lose weighty. To ditch diet soda is not now as important. I ate half a can of lentil soup for breakfast am am making a batch of popcorn.
