It's February and Valentine's MONTH Show yourself some love and positivity.
WELCOME EVERYONE, anytime, and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.
This challenge runs January 1 through January 31, 2023.

Good morning and welcome to February Valentine's Challenge. Yes, Valentines Day is associated with candy but it is also about Love. Treat yourself with feeling positive about YOU! Think about the times you were strong and on your plan. What was it that kept you motivated?
Daily Challenge:
Mon- Water up! Tues- OP day--check out how you have done so far this week Wed- at least two servings lean protein
Thur- at least 5 fruits & veggies
Fri- at least half your servings whole grains
Sat- self appreciation day
Sun- journal

Good Morning Everyone
I have been doing alot of thinking about why I am not at goal after 20 years
I came to the conclusion that I just needed to take it one day at a time and stop stressing over it. it is helping me because this way it is daily decisions and makes me plan better.

I changed Monday to water up and Tuesday to OP day because it seems like Monday is stressful enough lol without having to stick exactly to plan

Hi Mo. I had lentil soup for lunch but we a pantry delivery Saturdays to people ver 60 so I got a sine hostess chocolate pieces and a muffin too. Scott and are going though some papers after lunch. I will buy one 24 pack of diet soda and drink water. Because my guard is bad. I am having 2 delivered meals today. I get 14 a week of tun fish casserole that I like.

I am trying to limit to 3 die3t sodas a day for me. It is hard.sida us is exoeto eat to lentil soups and 2 tuna casseroles a day and the only way is to not have but 3 cans a day of diet soda.

I think I will not go to school. I would rather lose weight and be healthy first. I think I will divide the can of lentil soup into 2 portions.

I decided to not work. I do better without working since I have no copays but the minute I work I will lose that. I will try to save money for special occasions. Ai will eat the 2 moms meals and 2 cans of lentil soup a day. I think that is 1600 calories and right for me if I can exercise.

I am gong to try to saver 120 a month. Then I will be able to use it in future occasions. I have a place to send it and so I will.

That leaves me about 35 dollars not dedicated so if I need masks paper toner etc. I can get that.
