I have decided on a plan of what to eat for the next weels. I will buy oatmeal and whole wheat spaghetti and sauce enough for each week. Then I will start the treadmill. Meanwhile I am eating brown rice and peas till Wednesday when I. can eat the other way. I do not hav eenough rice and peas and they are more than I can spend. I am going for what I know I have enough money for. I am lucky. I have saved my snap for this month of expenses. I bought a book I bought a laptop. I bought a water cooler and The rice and peas should be enough for several days I believe. I made the Whole Foods brown rice and steaming in my microwave the green peas. I don't know if I have more of that food this week but right now I can eat this for 2 days. I did not get my moms food. And don't know when the hack will be over. So I decided I will not depend for them. I will have healthier point food besides that.

I have another package of brown rice and peas for Tuesday and Wednesday so that will be good. o feel relieved. I will try the treadmill today too. I have spring salad a delivering panty gave me yesterday. That will allow me to use some non fat Italian dressing I like. I go to the Divison of Vocational Rehabilitation Wednesday. I can take more this fall if the counselor would agree to accounting assistant. I could take a 5 credit combined math class and beginning excel last 8 weeks if he paid. That would put me in position to to take the regular courses next spring summer and fall and spring. if I could spread that out I could graduate in may 2025. This major has summer classes and admits in summer. Other wise I will only pay for 1 Course in fall and save for one free beginning math class next spring and a harder excel that is required. So I would appeal DVr and just continue until that resolution.

Good morning! I went to the gym this morning and tried the rowing machine. My PT had cleared me to give it a try. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get back up again and also that it might be too much bending for my knee. But it wasn't any problem at all! I started with minimal resistance but moved it up to 6 (out of 10, usually a 10). Even then I hardly felt it. My range of motion (ROM) is 130 degrees now (without assisting by pulling with a band), normal ROM is max 135 degrees, so I'm really pleased. I know that stretching regularly is good for you and that as a result I'm pretty flexible but I nad no idea how much this would help with my knee replacement recovery! If you all don't do much stretching, give it a try -you won't be sorry!
Amy, why would anyone hack MOM? Geez, people are jerks! My son Timmy, loves Lucky Charms but I never liked those even as a kid, lol! I hope classes work out for you!
Mo, yeah I need this month's challenge! It's time for me to start amping up the exercise (within reason ). So did Peyton get to have his birthday party? How's it going with Carol's father? Is Jim still having back problems?
Waving Hi! to Brenda!
This saturday is family pizza/movie night. It'll be my first taste of not whole foods since ash wednesday. I will allow myself a couple slices as long as I get my veggie and fruit servings in that day as well as plenty of lean protein. But no sweets! I gave up sweets for lent.

Good morning! So I went to the gym this morning. It went really well. I tried all my usual leg machine today although at half the weight I usually use. But I was quite pleased with that, I started with about 10 pounds on everything and needed to increase all of them. And today I tried 15 minutes on the rowing machine plus increased the resistance by 1 to 7. I think i'll hold it there at 7 for the rest of this week.
I'm going to try going into the office today. But I'm not leaving until after 10:00am so I miss all the morning traffic.

I went for 6 minutes not holding on my treadmill back hurt when I get to .2 miles. Today my left knee really hurts. I bought another brother for laptop that scans copies and prints. I hope the. cd ii have cd that attaches gets into the laptop so I can learn to scan homework into where I have tol. I go to DVR and really want him to pay for. accounting which I got into for summer. If he wont I want to take a free math class to just brush up . I will pay then for wiritten communication only. if he pays then he can pay for both the class and books. I wiould then register for fall and take more courses. I can take a hard course with written communication the advanced c\ourse for excel if he pays . That would be enough for summer. I will see what he says. I will appeal. social Security called me up and said to go to DVR. I will tell him that.

Good morning! I made it to the gym this morning for arm weight machines and the rowing machine. It's kind of a busy day, it will be awkward trying to get my PT and aerobic exercise in before my acupuncture appointment. I'm in the office this morning and was there all day yesterday so the dishes are accumulating in the kitchen! That's just one of the advantages to working from home -I can take short breaks to tidy up the kitchen throughout the day.

Deb and Brenda and Mo 'DVR is the Division of Vocation Rehabilitation the fund training to get you a job or get you a job through as job developer etc Weklk David did not think I was competent tosit at a job primarily. so I applied today to a local hospital through the uw system to get paid to be a medical assistant through the training. then I applied to the collwfw done raw nwsulxk assistant program The problem for me is that pay while they train you for 40 hours a week 17 an hour. My SSa and that is qwbo0ve anything I would be eligible for h health care. That is a probklemn. my rent go way up I would not have copays paid I would pay part d premiums and I would pay part Medicare. Thus I worry if this is the case . I have talked to medical assistants and they say do not have to lift folks. They do unto just sit at a computer it is a comb nation of both.
