It's March, the days are getting longer, it's gradually warming up, Spring is just around the corner! Let's see if we can't shake off our winter slumber and get more active!
WELCOME EVERYONE, anytime, and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.

Good morning! So I kind of went on a short binge yesterday but seem to have it out of my system now and definitely ready to eat healthy today. I guess I just got frustrated because my weight was up this week and I have no idea why. I had been really really great on my diet and yet stuck at a pound higher all week. But binging certainly won't help. Fortunately I did make a huge green salad and a vat of chili (I use extra lean organic hamburger and double all the veggies) Yesterday so have healthy choices for the week. Although because of yesterday's snow I didn't make it to the grocery store so am low on fruits and veggies.

Good morning! Since tomorrow supposed to be seriously snowy, when I went to the gym this morning I did arms and legs weight machine. Plus did 20 minutes of rowing instead of 15. I figure it won't be safe to drive tomorrow. Fortunately I have both a TM and SuSu's recumbent bike for tomorrow's exercise. And, of course, PT everyday. SUCH a drag but SO helpful!
Amy, weekends are hard for me too!

I walked today for 6 minutes on my treadmill. I going tomorrow the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation to see my counselor David. I hope pays for my 2 classes in fall.

Good morning! Roads weren't clear yet this morning, so I didn't make it to the gym. I don't know if I'll get a chance to go later today, I'm stuck in a meeting.
Brenda, we got around 10 inches here in Syracuse. They've already got the roads clear now. While the storm's going on, we were grounded but now it's business as usual. This is pretty much our only real storm this winter, which is weird! That's 3 years now in a row that we've had wimpy winters. Although this year I'm not complaining! I only missed one PT appointment due to weather and that was in December. I was really concerned about getting around after a knee replacement in a Syracuse winter but it really hasn't been a problem.
Amy, WTG on the TM, keep up the good work!
It's starting to get easier for me on the bike and the TM. I think this week will be my last PT appointment, I'm doing great on my own so the PT suggested I could probably stop coming in since I've been doing the exercises on my own. But this week is the first week that the TM wasn't a real struggle and I'm doing the weight machines and rowing machine at the gym without issues so I guess it IS time. I can always schedule another PT session if I have a problem. This knee replacement was definitely the right decision for me!

I WILL MOMs food twq a day and 2 packages of frozen corn a week to have during the day. the DIVISION OF VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION DENIED ME MY REQUST TO PAY FOR SCHOOL. I CALLED DISABILITY RIGHTS. AND I WROTE THE White House THAT I AM HYPERACTIVE AND CANT DO ANOTHER CLERICAL INTERSNSHIP. SO I will take loans if necessary for a 2 year degree. But I will call the governors office too for help he is a sweet person and he will help me I think. I have allocated 56 dollars a week most of it for 5 24 can packs of diet cherry pepsi which is up to 13 DAY. WITH TAX THAT;S 52 AND 4 FOR 2 PACKAGES WHICH ARE 1.69 BOTH. BUT THEN I GET MOMS FOODS ALSO MIDDLETON OUTRACH AGENCY WHICH WE PICK WHAT'S AVAILable for Saturday. And I get 200in taxi coupons a month to. And I get free papa transit for 3 credits each semester. This summer I pay 26 and can get the pass for 2 credit free course.

I can't afford tv. I pay for Alexa to give me the channels 9 dollars a month.that I like . I will have take federal loans to go through school thus.

I think I will have 3 packs of diet soda , lentil soup and the moms meals. We shop today. That is max 10 sodas a day for a week.

I decided to do medical billing which means I would only take beginning excel the last 8 weeks in fall. Then I can take business spreadsheet applications in spring. Then I would after next year ask DVR to pay.

I aaked to change my program I will pay for beginning excel in fall. Then I hope David my DVr counselor would pay for business spread sheet applications outlook and customer service which is half a semester like th outlook is. So I would've 6 or 7 credits for financial aid next January
