CJ- well it seems as though the primary hazard of quilting is that we end up with scraps. I give you a ton of credit for wanting those scraps organized so you can use them in an orderly manner. Great news that you completed the Holiday Hoopla quilt along. Some quilts sure are colorful and cheerful and this one sure sounds like it. Are you pleased with how it turned out?
Well I finally got my adult kids and their families together to celebrate Ds’s bday which was last weeks. It’s was a busy day getting ready, Good to see everyone.
Ruth, hope you had a good day and got some crochet time in. G

Hello - Hope you are doing well today. We have a sunny day here with temps in the 60s. Hope your weather is nice too.
Ginny - I'm glad your family was able to get together to celebrate your DS's birthday. Sounds like it was a good time for all. I'm pretty happy with my Holiday Hoopla quilt top.
Ruth - Hope you are getting some crocheting done.
Sue and Phyl - If you check-in, hope you are both well.
I finished making the three basket blocks for this month. This pattern was a bit quicker and easier than the last two months. I still have one "monthly" project that I hope to get to before the end of next week. This one is a jelly roll quilt along. And I have to sort out all those scraps from my projects the last few weeks.
Take care and have a great day!

It was sunny here today too but cold. I've been working on housework today and just got to sit and think about doing some crocheting.
CJ, I'm glad you like the Holiday Hoopla quilt and that you were able to finish the basket blocks for this week...or did you say for the month?
Ginny,I hope you had a good day and are enjoying a restful evening.

CJ- great to hear that you are pleased with the Holiday Hoopla! You put s lot of time into planning the fabrics, and it’s always nice when the end result makes you happy. Wow you are ahead of yourself on the basket blocks! That is great. I feel confident that you will have that jelly roll quilt done in no time!!
Ruth, now when you finish housework at your house, mine could use some work done also!! Hope you got some crochet time in and did not work too hard.
No crafting today. I had a contractor come to look at a repair that I need outside. Then I got a walk in…here it is this evening and monday is right around the corner.
See ya in the morning! GInny
