April is the month of hope! It's officially Spring, the days are getting longer and warmer, life is renewing all around us. We believe in ourselves! We will focus on the positives and work to improve ourselves! WELCOME EVERYONE, anytime, and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too! Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. This challenge runs April 1 through April 30 , 2023. Good morning! I've been struggling lately with just getting out of bed! But I did some research and apparently April is the month of hope so I'm gonna focus on that. My weight does seem to have settled into the 180s instead of 190s, the days are definitely getting warmer and for the next week the temperatures aren't supposed to dip any lower than the 40s. Susan talked me into going outside for a walk yesterday and I really enjoyed it. So I'm gonna try again today. And do my PT exercises and hit the gym. I have hope that I can get below 185 this month, maybe even into the 170s.

Brenda, I think getting a puppy is a great idea! You'll have to take the little cutie for walks on the towpath! That is one really adorable critter!

Good morning! I had to get into the office today early (I usually work at home), so I haven't done much exercise yet. I did do some stretches and pushups. If I can leave at noon and continue working at home, I'll hop on the TM and recumbent bike.

Good morning! I seem to be struggling with exercise this week, not sure why? Going into the office this morning and yesterday didn't help but that's just an excuse. Although yesterday I did slip out mid-day to the park to walk about half an hour. It was super windy but warm and still enjoyable. Maybe Spring IS finally here!

I went shopping today. I am going to eat half a package of whole wheat pasta and half a can oan oof sauce and 2 packets of oatmeal

Good morning! I got off to a rough start this morning, thanks to a howling cat! But I'm trying to get back on track. I took a day off so I could get the house back in order. It's a total wreck from having to cram everything from a couple rooms into other rooms so the painters could work. They still not back in order even through they're done with painting them. I've got to clear the living room and kitchen by Monday when those areas are scheduled to be painted. Meanwhile I'm having cell phone problems and landline problems as well as plumbing issues. AAAAAAH! My biggest problem is just not knowing where to start!
Amy, whole wheat pasta sounds goooood! I've been too hassled to do much cooking or grocery shopping, I gotta get back to that! I'm happy for Wisconsin. This country is scary messed up! It makes me appreciate New York -although we sometimes go too far the other direction!

I aM HAPPY TOO. I am not going to school I decided. I bought this new apple MacBook Air I will pay hopefully by October. I am with Scott now in his apartment and we watching Love it or list it I just am not going yto worry about dieting till after my birthday.

I really blew it today. I have to something next fall besides be at home. So I decided I would take beginning excel in the last 8 weeks of the semester at hone. This would give me time in fall to get help if it is live online. I have a a chrome book that I can use if I need it or my apple that I can take. the chrome book was called a business book. I will save for the course which is 1 credit while I pay back my apple. I wanted a little apple book .and a book I and a book I could use for school.

I would I am going to eat more sensible Ive been worrying bu ti want take begging excel and the next spring take business spreadsheet applications . I would take in Jsnuary with business spreadsheet applications math prep for business a no cost class. Then the next summer I would take business math and they apply for the accounting 2 year program in fall 2024 and ask DVR to pay. I have time to get infusions of something for my nerves lidocaine so I can walk with my back. That first one is may 9.
