Painter's here today. Both yay! and arg! We pulled the refrigerator and the stove out from the walls and wow, that was scary! From now on I'm going to at least once a year, pull those appliances out so I can clean behind and them. I hadn't realized how long the cords were.

Good morning! Finally!! I went to the gym this morning! It's been over a week! I let all the painting throw me off schedule but it'll be done in the next couple of days. I took a risk and decided on voilet for the living room. I've always loved purple. Since it's just not realistic for me to move and downsize at this time what with home still so high, what the heck ? I'm going with my favorite color. So everyone that's seen it really likes it. It's a blue purple shade. The kitchen's going to be painted a light yellow, I'm looking forward to that. This whole house was a dingy beige white color, bleck!

Good morning! I made it to the gym this morning although it was a serious struggle to move! I just did 15 minutes on the rowing machine and another 15 minutes of leg weight machines (I did arm yesterday). Yesterday, Susan and I walked 3 miles at the Camillus towpath, which is the longest I've walked unassisted by walker or TM railings. So yay! But oh boy, am I paying for it today, lol! Although the more I moved the looser I got. Still, reeeeeeally rough start this morning, lol! I guess I've lost my core strength so walking unassisted makes my back hurt -for now. It'll come back, I just have to keep up the walking!
Hi Amy! It'd be a miracle for me to remember a class I took in 2010!

Hello! It's 84 degrees here! Holy moly! The painter's are finally done but now I've got my disaster of a house to put back together. I want to get rid of most of the contents.

Hello! I made it to the gym this morning for arm weight machines and the rowing machine. Now for PT and some walking! It's already 80 degrees! Weird but awesome!

now I have. decided to eat better starting tomorrow. 2 progress lentil soups a day 2 pack os of oatmeal 1/4 of tomato sauce and 1/4 of spaghetti package a day. And I am going to get someone soon vanilla yogurt and fruit and granola for braeafast 7 day's a week that my new eco will pay for. I am getting a lidocaine infusion in may and for 2 hours to help with nerve pain. Then maybe I can walk outside and on treadmill. I am take 2 fall courses.already registered for a good course for me math prep for business that review math and gives some business help for business math next spring. I am taking hopefully in tThat classe is in person twice a week beginning the last week of August. monday and wendsday 1030 to 1230 . I am so happy. Then online the last 8 week beginning excel which is one credit but still. some money I can afford. I signed forms with disability rights who will help me get funding with DVR I applied and faxe my application in Thursday. I told them would pay for fall beginning excel and take the math class. if they pad next sp0ring I would take 12 credits. if not I will use financial aid for spring for 6 credits and pay business math unless is do well. enough ant then can take math of finance and business. spreadsheet applications with financial; aid. I got in the associate paralegal but. don't think that's best for me hard to find jobs. I got the card to pay my utility bil 40 dollars more than the bill. I am so happy get help. with the utility bill. in May I will pay again the utility b ill.My birthday is April 20- and I am going t6o the original pancake house but will buy fruit and Diet Coke there/ We4 are leaving at 7am. I got a hair cut finally another one in August before หstart school;

Heres to a positive healthy week for us all!
We did some yardwork yesterday and I bowled in my league last night so I am tired this morning! Actually if I didnt have credit card debt and didnt like my job I think I would retire and find a part time job. I think about what I could do at home and maybe I should start taking a course in editing or something to do at home since this is the time many are working from home.

its my birthday and we are going out this morning to original pancacke house. Next week i will get a mpnths full of vanilla gourt with fruit that is frozen that i thaw. Scott bought cakes no sugar added and is thawing one for US. I have 2 classes this fall one i pay for. i have Disability Rights helping me with DVR. i will put money in savings for 5 months so i can take the math prop for business which is 2 points. And then I am taking business sreadseetet applications, which probably be my hardest course. i decided to take this because then i maysave save for business math in\ apring and then start in summer 2024 and the next year with my associate degree in accounting.
