Deb have fun at the wedding. I found that the dads I once bought of WATP I can watch on my Toshiba tv which I use with an antenna mostly , to walk to the 32 inch screen tv picture is great. I am out of shape and have to build up certain things like lower back and left knee. I had a medical appointment and apparently I was supposed to see the apartment but I was not home and did not see nth email.

Hello! Sorry I've been mia this week. Between recovery from weekend (wedding, and then surprisingly busy mother's day) and then busy work week plus some annyal doctor's appointments (I have another I'll have to leave to shortly), it's just been crazy!
The wedding was a success! The weather was phenominally great and we were able to have the ceremony outdoors. Food was great, just really nice time.
Of course, because the big event for May and for 2023 was the wedding, I didn't expect anything to happen on Sunday but Tim&Julie invited me over for late homemade breakfast and then later for dinner. Even Jeremy and Kristina joined in after Kristina took her mom out for brunch. Jer and Kristian are going on their honeymoon in October so are in town this week. Timmy is quite a good cook so real treat for me.
Buying a dress for the wedding was a nightmare! I guess I needed the experience to really see how overweight I am. I mean I knew I was overweight but this showed how much my weight is holding me back! I've been really good about following a healthy, balance diet since Sunday plus on days not in office, I put in a lot of miles on the TM. I even made it to a spinning class monday night! I'll be tested this weekend with the eating but I am determined to get off at least 35 pounds by labor day and then work on trimming off the rest if needed. I'm now up to 4-5 miles on the TM at 2.7 or 2.8 speed. Up from 1 mile at 2.2 - 2.4 speed only two months ago!

Good Morning Everyone!
I am sorry to have not posted in so long.
We are leaving tomorrow morning for Connecticut and Rhode Island for vacation!
Neither of us has ever been up that way so it will be a new experience. I didnt know if we were going to get to go because Jim ended up having to get a heart cath at the beginning of the week but all was good.
On a sad note, my Cougar kitty passed away a few days ago. I loved that boy so much. He would sit on my lap early mornings and just purr and purr and even hug me sometimes. He was probably about 16.

Mo have fun. Scott and I went out early and he walked me to credit union. It was the first long walk since my second infusion. That felt nice. There are building bus stations for electronic buses starting in a couple of weeks. so the sidewalks are cut up. Scott helped me alot.

Good morning!
Mo, I'm so sorry about the loss of your sweet, cuddly kitty.
Amy, I hope you're able to get out and walk more!
I have a parade today, my first since my left knee was replaced. Depending on how it goes, I'll have 3 more parades on Monday and another on Tuesday. My knee is doing really well but hasn't really been tested on any incline.

Arg! My weight is bouncing all over the place but it is staying under 190 -yay? But I've got to do better than that. I am now walking at a 3.0 pace on the TM and about a 21-22 minute mile outdoors. I'm up to 5 miles on the TM (not continuous) and 3 or 60 minutes outdoors. Although walking outdoors still makes my lower back achy. I have several years worth of poor posture that I'm trying to correct!

Hi all. I will walk again. Getting lidocaine infusions every other weeks allows me to. on in late October through December I will take a begggingin Excel class. And then I will either take financial aid for 6 credits in spring and take a math class I pay and go i9n summer and pay for another class and then use final aid for accounting. I am going to DVR and hopefully I will agree to a nonpaying spot to try accounting internship. But I will not do more than 3 days a week. if I agree to that then I would be able to maybe have hime pay for school. However I dp met for omit may dress up clothes. <aube I would do it twice a week . I think I have some skirts I could wear.

I think if you do well in the free math class you don't need business math but I am not sure
