It's May, glorious May! Summer will be here before you know it! Small changes accumulate and can lead to bigger, positive changes. Let's let the improving weather and longer sunny days motivate us to make those small changes! WELCOME EVERYONE, anytime, and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too! Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. This challenge runs May 1 through May 31, 2023. Good morning! So our week is a continuation of last week cool, wet weather, but I'm not going to let that get me down! So this week's small change will be to add a protein shake each day. I struggle with getting enough protein in my diet as I'm not much of a meat eater and I do love my carbs!

Less than two weeks till Jer and Kristina's wedding! Woohoo! I'm getting a real haircut tomorrow, first one since the pandemic started! Holy moly! I've been getting by on just trimming my bangs myself ... and it shows! Then Thursday I'll color my hair. I need to find a dress for the wedding. I have some ideal dresses already but I'm way too heavy for then, which is so annoying and frustrating!

hi all figuring out budgets and forgot about you guys. HI all. I am happy . Russ's birthday party with tis family is may 3 then I will try to lose weight. shop Thursday the next day. I went to WW last Friday will go last Friday again. Have my lideocain infusion for 2 hours next week. I wonder if it will help me walk without pain. I will see. I as sure they will have a followup.

Good morning! Got my protein shake in the fridge and made it to the gym this morning for rowing and arm weight machines!
Amy, I do really hope you'll be able to walk without pain! I hope your enjoy your ww meetings.
Mo, sounds like a good goal! Sorry there aren't WW meetings for you! That's part of their big re-organizing, eliminating even more meetings. Which is why I cancelled my ww membership. The one thing that set WW apart from other weight loss programs is the in-person meetings.

Good morning! I haven't made it to the gym yet but I have started walking on my TM. Just a half mile at a time but I'm beginning to really see a difference with my knee and back -knee feeling stronger, back hurting less.

I got5 a showe4r and wash hair and put on shorts cause nice today wore a nice shirt and pants for Russ'e birthday party tonight. I will that my gan said Happy birthday. I feel good . met Russ at the Credit Union. I had to figure out my loan to pay offf in September did so. I am not sure if I will have a payee,. But managed to stop the web payments to Scott. I will give a check if my payee starts in June I asked not to have payee and faeed Social Security in Madison. Don't know if it will work. I was told that the my clinics wills end the bills to me and I fax it my eco I hate that. But that's why I want my loan paid off by Sept5ember . So that if in January I need to switch I can. Right now the eco pays the payee but if I left they would not. so either I will stop it now or afte4r Right now the eco gives a card of so much and I pay the utility with that each month. *I run air all the time. I keep it at 70 in my living room where I run it. I can while I pay off the loan pay a little but once I pay offf the loan I can pay utilities again starting in October. I mad up a budget where I can pay Russ and Scott and they pay spectrum, my credit cad bill I changed my debits too. and they pay the loan by the 15 of the month for 4 more months. They pay my rent which I am aq month ahead. They pay for my landline which is a fax and tv. My cell phone uses the credit card. then I pay Ruyss and Scott and then I have food and products that I pay. I figured out to have 20 left in my account its complicated but I hope if I h ave to they give me one check per month.

Good morning! I'm very tired today after yesterday's workouts plus short band concert last night. But I'll still do 3 miles on the TM just a little slower.
Amy, it really does sound complicated! You should be safe from any form of dementia, keeping track of all that certainly exercises your brain!

I decided not to go food shopping any more this month and save my money for June when I am going to pay off jay loan. I have enough food in my apartment I think. I have the infusion fo r 2 hours and Ihope so much that it helps me walk outside. I am so glad I can pay off my ;pam/ Then I will feel that I can have more food easier. I have some moms Neals and other things I have. I can have a can of lentil soup a day if I wait a week. But I have frozen meals too. I feel better. its warming up hear. I got a letter from President iden. He wrote back to me May 3. I am so happy. I met with my tema at my public MCO they were very nice. The public MCO is looking for someone to clean my apartment Maybe I said twice a week no more than 2 hours I hope. I really am relieved I can pay of my loan. I have to add alittle money next month but that will be ok. I am just waiting for the infusion and hope It helps me walk outside. I am. grateful I can pay off my loan.
