My niece lives in Taylor, near Scranton Pa. She just completed a mud run. I didnt even know they were doing one . She suggested we do it together next year so I will start working toward that goal. I did a couple of them but its been 7 years!

Good morning! My house is still such a wreck following emptying out the closets and shoving everything into center of rooms or wherever could find space, so the house interior could be painted! So I'll be concentrating on getting my house back in order and then hopefully next weekend I'll get the lawn and landscaping (what passes for landscaping anyways) in order. I'm getting my old energy and enthusiasm back. I hadn't realized how much the wonky knee was dragging me down, not just physically but mentally too. For the past 10 years I've been getting progressively running less and taking care of my house, yard and especially myself. Then the pandemic just exacerbated everything.
Mo, WTG owing your weight! Now you can work on doing something about it. I've never done a mud run, have you Mo? I really enjoyed that 5k that I did with you and Jim!
Amy, have you been able to walk?
I've put in a lot of miles on my TM, but so far my goal to just walk 1 mile outdoors a day has been a joke. And then to have the air quality from canadian wild fires as a legit excuse?! I have to do better. I CAN do better!

Good Morning!!!
We went out for a bit last night to a bar where one of my co-bowlers was guest bartender. It was lots of fun. We stayed til about 10:30. Jim does not drink much anymore but he had about 2 1/2 beers and that was enough. He is the driver. I was honestly ready to go for a change . I had worked all day and they were getting ready to do Karaoke, something that I hesitate to do when I am sober and certainly do not want to risk when I have had a few!
Surprisingly my weight is down a little this morning .
But shock of shocks Jim said he would be willing to consider a warmer cruise next year. We have never been on a cruise and were looking up cruises to Maine and Quebec City but all we see leaving Baltimore are cruises in early spring or fall and those times would probably be too cold.
Any cruise suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Debbie I have done two mud runs I know one was 2016 and I am going to switch my pic on here to that one but the other might have been 2015. They were back to back. A co-worker and I did them . It was alot of fun. You do a 5 mile walk/run then there are obstacles. You can walk around them if you do not want to do some of them. Its not really grueling at all like the Tough Mudders are. The one I did was called the Dirty Girl.

Hello! I went to the gym this morning for a spinning class, woohoo! Like I used to do. I will try to start going to the saturday morning spin class every week. And it's very convenient to stop by Trader Joes afterwards. Although also dangerous, they're baking goods are sooooooo tempting! I passed them by today but it wasn't easy! The strawberries looked delicious! And I love there gruyere cheese and they have a lot of good frozen meals.
Wow Mo! 5 miles with obstacles! I'm impressed! You rock! And congrats on the loss!

I di5 5 mnutes on treadmill but walked down the street today too. The lidocaine helps alot but I am out of shape. I do not think I will shop thiis week. We have inspections for the next week at my project hud building. That is scary.Scott is coming down to to do more cleaning . I want my toilet and part of my bathtub better/..And then move some clutter out. Bring outon tall file cabinet so the city can pick It up. next week it cost nothing for this type of thing. unfortunately the flat bed cart has disappeared downstairs. So I have a big gey cart we use toad up groceries from downstairs when I shop that will put the filing cabinet on top. it will stick out but it haa to go to a certain place inform on our street for the city to pick it up. I am eating 6packets of oatmeal a day 3 a day for 600 calories and then having a small bag of frozen corn and a dinner I get for one a day shimp rice and peas and carrots. I splurged today on some cherries. my favorite fruit.I will eat those too.

Good Morning Everyone
The next week looks rainy so I will get out and enjoy the day.
Alan and Kristen and their girls came up to help us with spring cleanup and get the yard mowed in the back. We have tried to keep junk out but of course I go to yard sales and bring more in.
