It's July! woohoo!! The first full Summer month What is your main goal this month? WELCOME EVERYONE, anytime, and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too! Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. This challenge runs July 1 through July 31, 2023. Good Morning!
I am so sorry about the spacing on the thread. I never thought about editing it even though I work with myu computer at work all day. Even this one took me a few minutes til I could edit it correctly.
Anyway, I did ok yesterday in the golf tournament. I won a box of golf balls which I will give to the person who generously loaned me their golf bag with clubs!

I walked Saturday for the first time with a walker without pain. I went to McDonalds with Scott and brought my tablet to watch tube tv with earphones. I also walked to toco bell and back when we visited someone. Again I brought a thermos and cherries. I need some frozen corn , sweetpotaotes, progress lentil soup and 1 box of oatmeal to last me 25 days. but I have enough for Thursday to buy most of that. Because I get refund today check and little snap this month to allow me to buy this week I can 4 packs of oatmeal , 1 soup lentil soup., a small package of frozen corn and 1 sweet potato a day. my problem is I am chaining my health insurance so I would pay utitlities mext month. and I am not sure if Amazon will be able to cancel a tv I tried to cancel right away even if they do I have to buy this food and pay for it this and next month. But I would rather not. I am getting help from the3 infusions and my weight is going down. if I eat something that I would pick usually like Scott buying us a pizza then I eat till full. I have enough of the meals I get delivered to have 1 a day for evening. so I think I will ver ok. I looked up price in my store I go and they have come down for the corn and soup. Sweet potatoes are .69 a pound. and the and I have enough to have 4 packets of better oats a day if buy one more box of oatmeal which has 10 packets and I use 4 a day 2 at a time. I have not gone on treadmill. iuu will try to walk on the tv things I bough from Amazon I can watch. I got video for the Body blade I found in the closet. We visit someone who used to live there and we unusually wide apartments form. one walk to the next . I find that really the best kind of apartment for me . and it is open so I fit a bed and treadmill and tvs and desk and kitchen and dresser . so I use the bedroom to store things. This apartment has 3 closets. we are lucky. And I pay 30 percent of my income and also I get to deduct medical expenses to get my rent lower. my lovely Scott lives upstairs and we many wonder tents here that are our friends. during football season we have fund watchings Saturday the Big ten and on Sundays other games. we can bring dow a tv to watch channels not on cable downstairs but on tube tv. The problem outside you have to be in good shape to walk the hilly street. But I am building up and then in winter I will use the treadmill.

I will buy 21 sweet potatoes, 14 bags of corn, 8 progresso soups, 1 box of better oats and I will have enough food for 25 days then I then the rest of the month can buy products and diet soda. I am happy. I paid all my easy pays off from qvc. I will have the 25 meals I have left one a day for supper.

Mo, no worries! I don't understand why this message board sticks all those blank lines in to begin with, it's no annoying! Regardless, thank you for starting up the July thread (and Brenda too)!

I just called by my new long term program. She is coming next Wednesday. She is going to call the meals i am getting to stop them and then start them once more . who nows they are 2 a day 9 points each corn and 2 packets of oatmeal is 23 points. I got a refund from Amazon and with my snap I can buy what i need Thursday. Then i have enough in my acccount to use my debit card. each week. i am glad i will have enough money to shop. i a getting a regular bus pass and cab coupons. i would have to buy paratransit tickets unless i ask the ombudsment to put that in. Russ and Scott are meeting with me. Scott will help Russ fil. i told her i wanted the terriyaki vegetables and rice which i like the best if i hav eneough money i want them to pay for a princeton club membership. Then i will tell her i want para transit tickets to go there. I am really trying to lose weight. i am seeing my pc Thursday where i will ask him to do a thyroid test and aic. i will tell him i want my parawthyroid taken because if too high it has to be taken out and he must understand my bone doctors dont know about that

boy i organized amy android laptop and have to use so i have more room on my table whihc houses printer, laptop 2 little lamps and my tablket and charging pads. I have a book which i put down the passwords and user names now for Amazon and qvc.

Good Morning Everyone
Debbie, I do not golf lol I did it for the tournament although I did enjoy it. I wouldnt mind owning my own clubs and going out to learn it though for next year's tournament. We did raise about 1200$ for the Veterans Comnmunity Initiative , which helps transitioning local Veterans . My husband and sons and I too got help from them when we first got back to town.

guess what rain today. We walked to Mcdonalds but did buy chips for Scott and on the way home from Target. Winds blew ahead of the rain which is falling now. But snacked on Ruffles today. Tomorrow i think i have enough to eat well for 22 4 packets of better oats. Enought till i shop next 2 cans of lentil soup next Thursday. I am not shoppoing this week because i fear i may get somethig from Amazon that they forgot to do in Easy pays. soup. so I want to see what delivered meals if any i get tomorrow. Next Tuesday. someone is meeting Russ Scott and and me. the winds were a pleasure to walk through today Tomorrow I see my pc. Friday morning i go to my monthlyd meeting in Weight Watchers for the month. i may ask this person to pay a monthly gym memebership so i could take a class or learn to do something in the swimming pool. Then i can argue for paratranait tickets too.
