Hello! Well, I've been kinda useless today. I blame the cat! But I'm going to get going, if nothing else I have a couple pints of cherry tomatoes I need to make into sauce 'cuz they aren't gonna last much longer plus I thawed shrimp to saute to go with the cherry tomato sauce so gotta cook those too so they don't go bad. The recipe I found for the spaghetti sauce from cherry tomatoes is super easy and SO good! I was going to do laudry but really not enough for two loads and I don't want to mix together these items into one load. I do want to do the clothes before I leave on vacation to the beach. I'm house sitting again this year for my friends that have a home near Fenwick Island, DE. I've got Susan to come house sit for me and take care of Skyler and the feral kitties I've been feeding.

August--31 days this month---The challenge is to drink 6-8 glasses of water each day and to get 15 minutes of exercise.

I have not been doing so great eating but I have been drinking more water.
I will take some stuff for breakfast and lunch so that will help me stay on track.

I went to WW meeting last Friday and weighted 205 which meant I had lost 7 pounds in a month. That is pretty good.

Good morning! Yesterday I finally did a spinning class at the gym, yay! plus lifted weights, did my 15 minutes on the rowing machine and walked a mile on the TM. So far today, went to the gym before work for 15 minutes spinning and leg weight machines. I plan to walk after work and before band practice.

it is so hot and cant go out;. ate junk today. went shopping and bought some junk. I get my
SSA September 1. and hopefully I got more snap for medical sexpenses September 5 . so I will be able to pay all my bills. I am returning a lock that is too thin to Whole Foods Saturday. Scott is having physical therapy for mhos shoulder

I change my medicare plan September 1 to either get grocery where I shop or pay utilities which will help me . it is healthy food or utilities. I can add since I am so hot I run the ac all day and night. I could not exercise today. I go for infusion tomorrow.

I am off diet soda but drinking vita ice and sparkling water. on Friday I have a new insurance where I can spend money on healthy foods at the store I shop at. ive been having some of my meals that no longer co0me that I have left. its white rice peas and carrots I take out th4e shrimp. I also bought lentil soup progresso I like going to see a dietitian to help

Hello! I'm such a moron, I didn't realize I had this ww thread set up on my personal laptop! I've been in Delaware house-sitting, couldn't get my work laptop to accept the internet here and gave up. Forgot about my other laptop!
