September's here! While there's still a bit of summer left, let's make a goal of getting outdoors for at least 15 minutes a day, whether it's going for a walk or just enjoying a sunrise or sunset from a comfy deck chair.
WELCOME EVERYONE, anytime, and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. - Join in on the August water-exercise challenge if you want to, but no pressure if you want to do something else.
This challenge runs Septermber 1 through September 30, 2023. Hello everybody! Does anyone else feel both sad that summer is coming to an end but also excited about the new school year -even though we aren't in school, lol?! There's something about September that makes you want to start fresh again with a new slate. What do you want to begin again?

Hello! I'm still house sitting in Delaware but head back home tomorrow. So to get my September outdoors fix, I'll head to the beach for a walk today.

helloooo I have no idea why I have not been here, but here I am I am not doing awful but not really descending on the scale either. Kristen and Alan are having a picnic today. I wish my other sons family was going to be there but everyone is busy.

Boy I had a strange eating weekend. but I am back on diet soda after really having horrible headaches and not functioning. I don't have tea or coffee so I drink diet cherry pepsi which I like. After Thursday it goes up in prices. But my insurance lets me buy 14 lentil soup which helps. Each can is 6 points. and I decided raisons are East So I make 4 meals out of the lentil soup. and after each meal a 1 pack of raisins I decided. I am not sure if this happen but I bought a total gym. that I can pay off in 12 months. I tried to cancel but no sure it will. or shop;. Part of me wants it ship I can pay it off by Jene. Ii keep lookeing to see if its canceled or shipped nothing happened over this long weekend.

Good morning! Well, I had a scary WI after my 10 vacation! I've got a lot of work to do. My weight hasn't been that high in almost a year! So much for getting some pounds off before Susan and I go to Tuscany. I'll try to hit the gym today for weight lifting and rowing and I have signed up for a spinning class for tomorrow night.
Mo, I hope you all had a nice picnic yesterday! No loss at least is better than a gain, especially after a holiday weekend.
Amy, I hope you find out what's going on with your home gym!

I’m hanging in there. Need to get focused. I’ve been attending the Thursday workshop and love the leader. I’m still not exercising. Need to work on that.

Good morning! I'm signed up for a spinning class this evening. I'll get there early so I can hit the rowing machine and the weight machines first.
Hi Brenda! Don't forgot to count walking that new pupper as exercise! I bet he'd (or she'd) love to go for walks on the towpath!

Brenda, way too hot here too! I blew it -I meant to walk this morning when it was only 68 but procrastinated and now, yikes no way! Maybe I'll do a mile on my TM, but I am going to the gym, lol.

i have th ups return label with my name on it and dScott will send it back. it shipped i had read some reviews not made well with things attaching so anyway i lost my phone and other cards although not health cards. i am going to Target with scott to see if they found my bag. i had money in their too i got for the dryer. But i had my old cell phone and the company put my number in my phone for m
