oh Deb so sorry try are burdened with so much I manage to do 2 15 minute segments on treadmill for 2 miles a day but my back really hurts toward the end of each segment. Well half my battle is done. I am in along term program that uses Medicaid. And another one that uses Medicaid. The managed car hones uses Medicare and Medicaid not just medicare. But I think I have pull now that they wont my Medicaid away again. the reason I don't have original Medicaire with the Medicaid is th4e the mange care did not tell medicare I canceled son that I would n to have them in November for Medicare but they did not.

Deb take original medicare and a supplement that is good. I would not take managed care at all Do you know what SSA you would get aat 67? that would determine whether you pay for Medicare Part B. That is one thing that I do not pay with my ssA. then there is the cost of the 20 percent if you do pay Medicare Part B that Medicare does not pay. That is what the supplement does. if you SSA is beloved's the medicaid limit in New York for the expanded Medicaid you do not pay part b you do not need a supplement medicaid would be the supplement and pay the 80 peacent. iwoudl ask SSa to predict what your SSA will be when 67..

Good morning! Woohoo!! I went to the gym this morning and did the arm weight machines plus 15 minutes on the rowing machine! It felt good! I need to remember that, I've got to lose this extra weight. Off and on the last week I've jogged a bit unintentionally such as dropping Susan off at the doctor's, then parking the car, and then jogging into the building to catch up to Susan, and then realizing I was jogging and it doesn't hurt and wasn't that difficult! So the knee is doing great and the only thing really slowing me down is the extra 60 pounds I'm carrying! Amy, wow, it's like you're speaking a foreign language to me! I'm still working, am not eligible for full social security until 67ish but tentatively am planning to hold out and work until 70 to get the maximum benefit. Plus I need to have my HELOC loan paid off before I retire. But my company health insurance goes away when I hit 65 and that's coming up so I've got to learn this language. Thank you for the advice -I may be asking for more in the future, if you don't mind. If anyone else has advice about Medicare or Medicaid (I don't even know the difference!), please hop in and advise! Amy, your goal to lose 45 pounds by the end of March seems pretty reasonable. We weight about the same, maybe I can join in that goal.

medicare you pay into you just get it if enough work credits and just part b if above the help to pay the premium. some people who do not ge tenough Social security hav remedicare savings that pay their part these are called qwuimby slimy andslimby plus. You have certain income that probably you will be above to have the part b premium paid. medicaid for low income probably not uyou . But medicare savings are available if you income is low enough That s what I mean to pay part premium is called medicare savings. but if you are shooting to 70 you will need a supplement to pay the 20 percent that medicare does not pay. plus if medicare does not pay the supplement does not pay. however medicare pants for flue and everything really for free vaccinations and 35 for insulin cap.
