November is here! So have we been a little slack with the exercise recently? Well, this month we're gonna kick butt with exercise! We aren't going to let the cold weather get us down, we're going to hop on our treadmills and/or grab those hand weights and/or those WATP DVDs and get moving!
WELCOME EVERYONE, anytime, and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. - Join in on the August water-exercise challenge if you want to, but no pressure if you want to do something else.
This challenge runs November 1 through November 30, 2023.

Good morning! So everyone's being online and recent posts have encouraged me to cut the excuses and get moving again! I've really gotten slack and it's showing on the scale and just in my blah attitude. I actually picked up those handweights yesterday after reading y'all's posts about kicking butt, and also walked on the TM AND got out the swiffer wet mop and washed the living room floor!
Now to keep the momentum going!

I did 30 minutes ob the treadmill at 2.0 and walked outside to gt mediation at cvs. so did a lot of walking but got upset because I was put for Medicaid in managed care and though I would with original both and the agency that they put me in without my consent called me to say Iwas not in it.

medicare did a complaint. Because I need to update my insurance Friday when I go in. the one agency called me and says I don't have them but forgot to tell medicare

Medicare is going to clall Icare with me to say I am not covered cause I have to update the system tomorrow for my infusion Friday.

Good morning! I walked 3 miles on the TM yesterday and even did some stretches and situps! Now to keep it up! My diet, however, was good until it wasn't -so need to work on stopping when satisfied.
Amy, good job on the walking! Ugh! Why does healthcare have to be so complicated?! I hope it gets resolved to your satisfaction!

I WILL CAL medicare either at 830 or 9 my time and then say i have a procedure and i need to know what cards to regist4er. so i hope they will do that me call 3 way and then icare can say w/they have me at all in November

Good morning! I was run ragged yesterday helping Tim with his car and getting Susan settled in my living room and the downstairs bathroom set up to be disabled friendly.

I canceled today. officially walking. I go shopping today after I go to my credit union to take and pay Scott Russ and I get December's rent read7y to be delivered in November . I am a month ahead. I signed my lease. I looked and now it looks like I have origbnal medicaid but it changes throughout the day. I tried so hard to do the right thing. Luckily Medicare now knows I called to cancel October 19 2023 for November but the managed care did not tell Medicare. I think I will get my way because they lied to other people in Wisconsin and the feds. I want to tel you take original Medicare not managed care. They decided this year to tell people they they need to precision to be allowed to get a lab or blood test.I am going to WW tomorrow to go for my once a month. I wiighed 197 today unbelievable . I am losing and that helps me. I am eating alot of corn. which is WW is no points. I am eating 3 12 once bags a day. and then 8 plums that are good I heard for my bones. Monday I am going to ask he person I hope comes for a certain gym. and taxi tickets, and one hour a month to get help with ficlal things I can do that.ki also want a new walker. one One wheel on mine is bad my doctor gave the gym the form. I am going to see if I can swim its called fit swim. am going to meet with them probably in December. it take s about a month for the person I am seeing to get the get it done.I am looking for what Medicre tells me within 7 days..

no not plums 8 prunes. I am still drinking diet soda which helps me lose weight unlike other people. bur frozen corn and prunes are not that expensive.

Good Morning, Everyone
I plan to do some WATP in a few minutes. I just felt like I should post first. I didnt lose alot of weight or anything this week but I was mindful and skipped the afternoon snacks at work.
There is this yogurt bar by Clio that I found. So far the only one they sell at work is strawberry. They do have a vanilla which I will look for at Wal Mart. It seems pretty healthy according to the box and is about 140 calories so I have been eating that at about 9 am during my work break. I am generally not hungry in the morning, so I prefer to spend my calories at lunch and dinner.

Good morning! Sigh. So my weight is up about half a pound. But considering what I was expecting, that's better than I thought. I will cut myself a little slack as I still walked at least a mile on the TM each day. Between work being so crazy and home almost as crazy getting Susan settled in on my sofa and the bathroom set for her, plus getting her to doctor's appointments, it's really been chaotic!
Mo, being mindful is the first step, WTG!
I have SO much to do because I'm SO behind around the house thanks to covid. But I've got a parade today AND tomorrow! I'm trying to get a little house work done now but Susan's asleep in my living romn so I've got very limited lighting to work with until the sunis fully up.
