It's March and this year is leap year! Let's challenge ourselves to take that leap of faith that this year is OUR year and we are going to accomplish our goals!
For the next 4 weeks we are going to take care of our fabulous selves with healthy foods and regular exercise. Sure, it's hard work but aren't we worth it? -Do something each day that truly makes you happy!
WELCOME EVERYONE, anytime, and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-in (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. - Join in on the August water-exercise challenge if you want to, but no pressure if you want to do something else.
This challenge runs March 1 through March 31 , 2024.

I hope I got everything right with this posting!
I know I will make headway this month because I know I cannot waste any more time if I want to wear a bathing suit this summer!

Mo I know you can do it. I also cant fit into bathing suits. I also want to lose at least 25 more pounds . I weighed 184 today. som4one called form local SSA to retaliate against me February 27 I faxed a complaint to the local SSA and the OIG for SSA. They ar maki g a decision that I feel can be tainted by disinformation from that call that I had not time to think then. because she was an angry voice goin with accusatory voice things that are all legal.

I decided I make such a mess when I cook and so far I don't If ii and get th eSSI this a decision will be made I paid my rent and all my bills but I put the res tin saving if I have to back the SSA if I get SSI. I want to leave that in saving for whenever I might get the SSi. Then each month I have to add the some money to pay the increased rent I will have to py in November.

Good morning! Sorry to be absent a lot. I was doing so well but now my routine is shot. Susan did have her knee surgery and mentally is doing well. But she has to be helped to change position from sitting to standing and vice versa. So I'm sleeping on the sofa to help her in the middle of the night. That combined with all her appointments mean I haven't exercised in over a week plus my diet is all over the place -and my weight shows it.
I can't wait to have my home to myself again -which makes me feel guilty 'cuz it's not like Susan wanted all the problems that slammed her starting in October. I had such plans to get it together in 2024!
I hope all are well, I'll try to check back later and catch up!

my 2 brothers in New York and i are zooming today New York time 3pm my time 2pm for my fathers 100th birthday if he hadn't died at age 55. my Dad was adored by us all and we will zoom today my time 2pm. I learned the SSI payments history was destroyed too there is none but I have the name of the doctor the person at
SSA that gave me SSI after age 22. I have asked for the fraudulent remaining document to see if it has within that document that I pay SSi back May 1980. I mention the SSA representative who helped me get the SSI after age 22 and the doctor both retired now who helped me get 1978.
Well any way I went shopping to day and got some and 9got hazelnut spread to put on my BAGELS . I BOUGHT SCOTT A PIZZA . HE WENT WITH ME ON PARA TRANSIT LIKE A SWEETIE. I OWE HIM 2 DOLLARS. I HAVE ABOUT $35 A WEEK TO SHOP FOR THE NEW FEW WEEKS AND I SPENT ABOUT today. Wwe went at 6am and went home at . I bough 4 small hazelnut spreads with cocoa. And I bought low carb cream which I will have 1/2 to 2/3 cup a day. We bought bough chocolate bars while we waited.

I am sorry Deb you will be able to exercise again. I felt during the weekly football stuff heading to Super Bowl that is would never lose weight again. But I found pacing is good if you cant go to gym for a little while. It will pass and you are such a good mother your children will always love you and when Susu improves your life and hers will be happier.

plus I do not think we will have snow any more or ice. I found lidocaine patch on my lower back helps alot. I really want to walk outside. Now Scott has hurt his lower back. Well I weight unbelievable 180. something this morning. I decided to eat 1/3 cup of buyers low carb ice cream as a treat. And then eaten half a package of whole wheat spaghetti and Delmonte basil and tomato pasta sauce. and then i make one bath and divide into portion for 2 days.. I plan when we do our regular shop tomorrow by enough pasta and sauce for the end of the month. Then I bought some hazelwood with real coco butter that I will also eat a tablespoon. I looked for red delicious which they did not have in bags. after tomorrow the next 2 weeks I will buy fresh fruit.

so I made brown rice and peas tomorrow to eat. I will use a horse kind of can opener tomorrow fr the past sauce I am eating the rest of my low carb icream tonight
