Hello, Andrew, congratulations on being the BL this week and getting back to goal. Brenda, congratulations for getting to a meeting, your loss as amazing & getting your charm. Ugg@ That's all I have to say about my week. Hot and humid here, took a drive with DH and tried out a new restaurant, I had delicious, herbed haddock. Drove home along the beach. Good Morning!!
I had a nice long weekend, but it was very hot and humid.
The pool was definitely refreshing at the 4th of July picnic.
Friday I actually took a day of rest. Thursday I walked 2.34 mile, Saturday 1.25, and Sunday 1.58. Just too hot the humidity bothers my sinuses.
Friday we ran some errands and then went to our monthly Church home group.
Saturday's time with family and then fireworks at night.
Yesterday, we went to Church, lunch at Hoss's with friends from Church, ride to his daughter's to pick up his pouch with some diabetic supplies he had left behind Saturday night. Also, managed to get some rest.
Andrew: WTG on your weight loss and being the BL this week.
Nancy: Thanks for keeping us going. The herb haddock sounds yummy. Good job on your consistency with your journey.

Good morning!!
I added a 2.01 mile walk on Tuesday before work and 2 miles on Wednesday with mowing. Very hot and humid.
Tuesday, I experienced swelling of my ankles and had pitting edema. My heart rate was also elevated. I never had swelling before even with pregnancy. I had video visit with one of the CRNP's at my PCP office. She prescribed a low dose water pill. The swelling is gone but heart rate still goes up at times. If it does not improve, I will go for an in person visit.
Nancy: Good job on another good day.
Claudette: Hope you get a day of relaxation soon, I feel like there is always something I have to do.

Hello, Claudette, the list is never ending, but it's too hot to do anything!! Kelly, that's scary. Keep an eye on it. SO hot!! It's weeks like this that I wish we had AC!! I do my chores early before I listen to a virtual meeting. Thank goodness it's just the 2 of us here. Virtual meeting, TM30, tracking, waters 56oz. Stopped at the store to pick up easy meals for yesterday. Then basically wasted the day doing nothing!! (lol). Today my GF is bringing her granddaughter over to use the pool, I'm excited to have them visit. Happy Thursday

Hello, Kelly, that's so not like you!! Hope you are doing well. Yesterday my GF brought her granddaughter over to go into the pool. She was such a nice girl. I enjoyed having her. Most of the hot day was spent in the pool. They are reading Charolet's Web and took turns reading aloud (she's struggling with reading, but I thought she very well). No virtual, TM30, tracking, waters 48oz. Happy Friday
