(thick cut bacon in 1.5" pieces, crisp, makes a great "low-carb" chip for guacamole lol). Oh, I wish you hadn't said that because now I'm kind of obsessing about it! B: Coffee w/MCT oil and collagen powder L: Green Bean Casserole (per DotRen above, I think) D: Probably chicken salad since I have air fried chicken thighs that need to be eaten, but at some point I want to make this: www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/keto-tortilla-ground-beef-salsa

bee, I have 3-4 Brazil nuts a day for the selenium, and I don't count them lol. B: coffee w/ califia farms pumpkin spice creamer (I discovered I had 2 more of these in my pantry that are good until July, so I decided to use them lol) L: chopped salad w/cheese curds and tuna (just romaine, roma tomato, kalamata olives, cucumber and a home made olive oil and vinegar dressing) D: turkey chili and a joseph's low-carb pita made into "chips" Snack: carbmaster lemon yogurt if needed

B: Coffee w/MCT oil and Collagen powder L: Thinking I'll fast until dinner but bringing walnuts, just in case D: I have a pork tenderloin I need to cook. Thinking this recipe looks easy, plus WW friendly: whatsinthepan.com/low-carb-garlic-herb-pork-tenderloin/Yesterday was a good keto day for me and I have to admit I feel better today than in a long time. I found some bacon cheese chips at Costco yesterday and I have to admit I didn't do a deep check on the NI so I don't know if they'll fit into Keto. Family's coming on Sunday, so I'll unload them then if it's not. But if they are then step away from the bag, people, they're mine!

That recipe looks good! I am not a fan of pork but I seem to like it more on low-carb than I do on low fat lol.

I prefer it pulled and pilled on a bun loaded with BBQ sauce, but I haven't found that keto recipe (yet).

Good morning:) B: coffee - 1 w/1T cream; 1 w/3T Califia farms unsweetened almond creamer L: cauliflower fried rice w/a fried egg and kimchi on top; air fryer chicken livers D: nomnompaleo Air Fryer Cracklin’ Chicken ; oil and vinegar slaw (shredded cabbage, onions, green bell peppers with an olive oil and vinegar dressing) Minor issue with the low calories. This looks like a lot of food, and I won't be hungry but: 760 calories; 11g net carbs; 14g total carbs; 47 g fat; 55g protein. I may have a carbmaster yogurt to get the protein and calories up, or add another egg to lunch. I could saute the chicken livers in butter as well. Not sure which yet lol.

Oh wow, the sausage biscuits look amazing! I'm just going to start bookmarking all your sites, DotRen! I still haven't tried making the fathead dough, even though at one time I bought all the ingredients. I have bread making issues, apparently.
Today is a little off:
B: Usually coffee w/collagen and MCT L: Nothing yet, just munching on walnuts as I work D: Probably leftover pork and vegetables
I'm thinking the Sonoma Cremery bacon cheddar crisps I bought at costco aren't particularly keto friendly with 9g of carbs. I tried looking online for keto info on it and on their site they call them "beginner keto friendly"... so they're not "intermediate keto friendly?... Anyway, they're good and give a nice salty crunch. I'm still wary of diving into them on a regular basis.

I think a lot of low-carb food producers jumped on and added "keto" to their product labels lol. 9g total carbs or net carbs? If it's 9g total and also has 3g fiber, it would be 6g net (of you count net). I've made the fathead dough 2x ever lol. It's not bad, at all, but I have a mental block with using a lot of cheese as the "bread/crust" then adding cheese as a topping as well. I've never had constipation issues on low-carb/keto like so many do, but I don't want to press my luck either.

Venting in here about FB. I wish they'd do away with the barf gifs. You see people posting a recipe or food find and a bunch of childish barf emotes. It's rude and unsupportive. If you don't like a food, skip the post. Since when are people so stinking rude?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the crisps aren't truly keto.
I wish people on social media would talk to people the way they would in person. I know there are some who are just as rude in person as they are online, but they are few and far between.
(edited to add that I've had my own snarky moments in the past. I think the anonymity can embolden people, and I've been guilty of that too. I've gone offline a lot lately. It's a kinder, gentler place!)

Good morning B: coffee w/1T heavy cream; another coffee w/califia farms unsweetened creamer L: nomnompaleo cracklin chicken on a smart bun w/sir kensingtions special sauce; roasted okra as fries (better than it sounds lol) D: cheeseburger , no bun and a salad This is like a much less sweet version of Big Mac Sauce. I don't "love" it, but I do like it on things like burgers and chicken occasionally. It's actually pretty good blended into a homemade ranch dressing, too. I wish they made it in individual packets lol. Sir Kensington Special SauceAvocado Oil, Egg Yolks, Water, Distilled Vinegar, Fair Trade Organic Cane Sugar, Salt, Lime Juice Concentrate, Mustard Flour, Black Pepper, Lime Oil
