Good Morning!!!
I had a good day yesterday. Added 3.5 miles of exercise, 12528 steps, 88 oz of water and below my allowed calories for the day. Did great at the luncheon. I had a salad and pizza with veggies. Did not finish all the crust as it was the thick square pizza which I dislike, the crust on the bottoms was as hard as a rock, and just too much crust for my liking. I passed on the cake.
Cait: Good job staying away from the PB pretzels and JGTB. Glad work went well and WTG on getting the PT session in.

I am getting 32 points of 6 cups of cooked ww rotini and tomatoes dicedina can and 2 apples and 2 smoothies. I am going to get nutrisystem to vary my meals and sulement. My trust pays the credit card. so I buy 2 boxes of smoothies a week from WW and apples from the grocery store. I will buy for 14 days 56 apples for 4 a day when I shop Tuesday

i like that the 2 smoothies 1200 calcium and 24 grams of protein. only 5 points. the credit cards that my trust pays for the nutrisystem and I pay smoothies and fruit and vegetables carrots and apples

Amy, I hope the tomatoes with the rotini are delicious! I'll be canning beets and maybe tomatoes tomorrow. Canning is pretty old-school, but it's nice to be able to use the produce come January!
I walked 2.5 miles today and stretched (!) for 25 minutes.

Good Morning,
Yesterday I added 5 miles of exercise,84 oz of water,12,341 steps and below my daily calorie allotment. Not much going on here. On the search for a new doggie. I am approved at the shelter to adopt when I find the right fit. Looking for a female medium sized. Saturday I have my work picnic. Hoping the rain stays away. We do have a Pavilion.
Amy: Hope your meal plan is successful at keeping you satisfied and helping with weight come off.
Carol: Great job on the walking and the stretching.

Kelly, I just met my sister's "Bordoodle" puppy today. So cute & (supposedly) smart and shedless. They wanted the same as you--female, medium size--but they bought from a breeder. Their choice, I know, but we are "rescue" people, too, only with cats. Good luck!
I canned beets today, but ran out of steam before I could get to the tomatoes. Tomorrow, for sure!
I walked 3 miles this evening.

Good Morning!!
Having a good week so far. Working at the office close to home today. Hope the day goes smoothly. Added 4 miles of WATP and walking yesterday, 12198 steps, 80 0z of water, and below allowed calorie allotment. Looking forward to the picnic tomorrow. Hopefully, will keep the eating under control. Lost 1.3lbs this week.
Carol: Oh, Bordoodles are so cute. I don't have a problem with reputable breeders and I would rather a good person buy them than them ending up in a pet store or a kill shelter when they can't sell them. We have a lot of dogs that come from puppy mills in PA. Most are run by Amish people. Stopped by a local pet store just to take a peek. Uggh the stench it was horrible. The SPCA never smells like that even at full capacity. Good job with your miles.

Eating was poor yesterday and just ok so far today. I did add 4 miles of exercise yesterday. Nothing so far today but will try and get a little of something in.

Amy, good job getting back on the treadmill! Kelly, as you know, one poor day doesn't have to be a setback--you did so well last week!
Friday evening I went for a 40-minute bike ride (counting 2 miles), came home and injured myself changing clothes! I felt something in my left foot "crack" and DOWN I went!! I couldn't put any weight on it at all! It was super crazy, but Fred took me to Urgent Care for x-rays. Luckily, there was no break. I can walk on it now, but it still hurts and I am still nervous about putting all my weight on it. No long walks for me for a while, but I rode my bike this evening for 65 minutes (counting 3 miles). I'm also adding 100 "laundry stairs."

Came back to add 15 stretching minutes and ask, "Ruth, where are you? Hope you're doing something FUN!"

Yesterday was not too bad with eating. I actually was below my calories for the day. I did do a 2 mile WATP. Fell short with my steps with 9,919 steps. 64 oz of water. Below calorie intake.
Carol, So glad you did not have a break. Did they give you any idea what caused the crack sound. Take it easy. Mini walks and light impact activities for awhile.

Good day, yesterday. Stayed OP. Tired yesterday so only added 2.5 miles of exercise. 80 oz water,10313 steps, and below allowed calories. I actually went to bed super early 8 pm. Was on the go all weekend and it caught up.

Kelly, I didn't hear a crack sound but rather felt it, if that makes sense! No, they don't have any idea. IThe swelling is down, but it's still a little tender, so I am taking it pretty easy and avoiding long walks. Just thought I'd check in -- looks like you're doing well with eating, water, and sleeping!

Good Morning Walkers!
Sorry I haven't been posting. Yesterday I did 2/3 of my PT - the floor part. Counts as 2 miles. My first exercise since my last post. Had to get to work early so didn't do the rest. This am I was going to do it but it's our anniversary and I thought it'd be a bit thoughtless to not sit with DH this am. Have to go to dentist - another broken tooth or lost filling.
I've finally bit the bullet on letting go of staying up late watching tv and eating salted snack foods. Just can't do these in a healthy moderate way. Went to bed around 10 pm the past 2 nights and had fruit and 1 tsp unsalted pumpkin seeds for evening snack. Green zone of pts the past 2 days. Going out for dinner but planning to eat and drink healthy and moderate.
KELLY - you're doing great with exercise and calories. Have you switched to Calories instead of WW pts?
CAROL - so glad the foot is not broken. That's so weird how it happened.
AMY - glad you have an eating plan that's doable
