Cait I will ask. 10 tablespoons of chunky natural peanut butter is 10 fiber grams and 10 slices of heathy life whole wheat whole grain is 25 grams of fiber. That is like 5 slices of whole wheat brad 10 slices of healthy life. i am changing my regime to get nuts The peanut butter has more fiber than chacews and peanuts or walnuts. An it is lower inn points and calories. 3 apples too.

Cait I watched the fiber and gerd video. Think I will try to get a dietitian. The prilosec is helping. now i am vegetarian. and I have 35 grams of fiber. No eggs no cottage cheese. I move soon. so I have to shop for 28 days Tuesday. Lots of whole wheat bread Healthy life 12 and lots of natural chunky peanut butter. 42 apples for 3 a day. I have 42 I BOUGHT YESTERDAY. THE 84 GIVES ME 3 A DAY FR 4 WEEKS. Too I won't have to shop on the day I move. i shop every other Tuesday/ i have 2 refrigerators mine and the apartments. Thats how I fit the bread and apples in. And peanut butter. I move in 17 days. My exercise Ithink will come back after I am settled upstairs. I saw the vinyl floors in the new apartment. They look like oak wood. I am getting delivered a swfter today that is how you clean the vinyl. I also have a yon vacuum cleaner.

.4 x weight is recommended protein. I get 60 grams from th whole wheat bread and the peanut butter. I think if I can lose fat and weight I may be exactly where I should be

Good Morning Walkers! Yesterday in addition to the 3.3 mi hike up Signal Hill, I walked with DH to Farmers Market and back, another 2.8 mi - Whoo hoo 6.1 mi for the day! However I messed up with after dinner eating and stayed up late watching TV This seems to be my progress story but little by little getting better - the amounts and choices of what I overeat is "better than" the bad old days. Still aiming for consistency with the moderate eating, exercise and JGTB. If I keep adjusting course and steering my boat in that direction I'll keep getting better. After all, I ate compulsively all the time for over 50 years. This am DH and I walked to breakfast about 2 mi round trip. Sitting on the back deck now and "Squirrely" our neighborhood squirrel was just sitting on the deck rail less than 3 feet from us. Not afraid at all and doesn't leave when we tell him to "shoo"! In a while we're going to check out a gym, shopping and maybe to lunch. Yesterday's lunch out with DH & DD2 was brew pub, and today's lunch will be also. But breakfast out this am was a good vegan place. DH even likes it too. AMY - Glad you're making your foods more balanced and thinking about dietician. Waving at everyone! Have a great day! Cait

Cait Iam going to have 4 cups of spinach a day 8 tableesons of salad dressing 5 points and 8 oz of tuna fish mixed in. 6 tablespoons off peanut butter and 6 healthy flute and 3 apples

We meant to bike to breakfast, but it was wet. Instead, I walked 2 miles after we got home. I am very happy my back felt good the whole way, and I could feel my ankle, but I wasn't limping. A good walk, to be sure!
Cait, WTG w/6+ miles! Amy, hope you can figure out an eating plan you can feel good with.

Good Morning!!!
I had a nice weekend but was not the best food or exercise wise. No exercise on Saturday as I had multiple functions to attend. Yesterday was busy with household tasks and some errands. I did get in mile walk and a mile of stepping in place yesterday.
Cait: Great job with your miles. I was thinking about KC too.
Carol: You are doing great with your activity also.
Amy: I would think with GERD and your other stomach symptoms they would allow a nutritionist. I am also surprised being overweight does not qualify.
