I'm actually not a fan; once I realized I could eat 36 points worth of cookies and get my blue dot (now I'm not saying I ever did that, pinky swear!) I was pretty well over them.
I actually know someone that *fell off the wagon* after not getting her blue dot; wow.
I'll just be an oldster and say how I miss checking the GHG's. 👵🏻

I'll just be an oldster and say how I miss checking the GHG's. 👵🏻 I shouldn't admit this - but I just started tracking the GHGs in the notes section on LoseIt, and when I meet the GHG I insert a smiley face emoticon just like the old smileys we got on the old tracker. Sad but true!

Yes, but I only get maybe a blue dot a week. The blue dot craziness can be borderline, if not outright, disordered eating.

I think I got my first blue dot for a Friday this week. Never get blue dots on Friday, I usually use some weeklies on Friday, ha ha

@lizzyr09,You,I and the rest of the online members don't get them for tracking on our computer.If you track on your smartphone app you might have it.

I'll just be an oldster and say how I miss checking the GHG's. 👵🏻 I learned if I ate fish for lunch and dinner I would have less than 27 points but if I cheated and added a 3-4 pt food, the tracker would then give me a blue dot. It's just a game but fun for some if you score in your target area.

This is what it looks like on my iPhone. So far I've been tracking and within my "healthy eating zone" for this week! But I'd rather have the GHG boxes instead. This is just too easy to play with!!
