I just adapted the Tuscan chicken stew recipe to be zero points by subbing corn for potatoes and using all chicken breast rather than a whole chicken. Yum!
I sat down to write out bills this evening and for 30 minutes, I couldn't remember my internet banking ID. This is a number I put in my computer at least once a week. I logged in this morning. But this evening....no idea. It did finally come to me, but good grief! Talk about brain fog!

Connie the beans we like the best are Sam's Choice baked beans and it still has points.
Freestyle is not a fit for me b/c I don't eat eggs everyday and although my chicken is 0 points I use the points they would have under the regular SP.I just think people are going to be disappointed after having a great loss the 1st week and see it go down slower like it did after the 1st month on regular SP.I eat yogurt every day but I'm not paying $6 for Fage ff plain Greek yogurt.I tried Freestyle a few days and yes you can get up to 4 rollover SP if you don't use all your 23 points but I have gotten used to the foods I was eating and the days I didn't count points for the new zero point foods I gained.I think it's great for those who need a change or want to jump start SP.

BECKY for me, 0 points or not, I DO NOT LIKE FF greek yogurt. 2% or full fat is good. Fat free is gross. So is fat free mayo, cheese etc. I'd rather do without. Also though I know you don't like change (remember how you HATED the last change?) I also think what you've been doing is working so well for you, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. As my leader said "There is no diet out there... not Freestyle, not Smart Points, not Beyond the Scale, that works for EVERYONE."
CONNIE you just gave me an idea. When/if I can start eating garlic and onions, i can make chicken chili w/ corn instead of beans since I CAN have corn on Fodmap but not beans. And they'll be one of the last things I add. However I also don't think beans are my FODMAP sensitivity issue, b/c though I like them, I rarely eat them having been so long on Paleo and then Keto. But I do love me some beans. Also that kind of mental fog, for me at least, means I'm especially sleep deprived. I mean at times for a minute or so I can't recall my own phone number. Then it comes to me but in the mean time I'm practically in a panic. But it's always when I'm really exhausted.
Bob didn't get home until almost 6PM from his 12:45 appointment. Apparently appointment times mean NOTHING at that place b/c he was the last person out of there. In the mean time I was freaking out. Is he dead? Did he have a bad reaction? Is he in the hospital? Does he have his phone (which I called and no answer.... he didn't hear it ring...typical). I called the center where they do the chemo and no answer (they were starting their Christmas party WHILE Bob was still there). Then I thought.. .why didn't he call me? If he comes in here unhurt and healthy I will have to KILL HIM!! He came in unhurt, and healthy but he's still alive.
Oh and in the meantime I went on various Keytruda websites. NOT GOOD. I worked myself into a state.

Celeste I'm glad Bob made it home and he's still alive.I would have been worried too.I don't know if it's I don't like change so much b/c I've always been adaptable to change but I am like the people in your meeting.I can't wrap my mind around 200 zero point foods.I didn't like SP at first but I made goal on it and I do like it now.Even if I followed Freestyle with my maintenance points I would only get 28 points.Right now even though I'm on maintenance I am trying to stay to 28-30 points.I have my fit points come out first so the rollover points don't really help that much.I know not every diet works for everyone but knowing all those 0 point foods have calories I have trouble using any 0 point foods other than f&v.Next week I may be willing to try it again.I'll just have to see.I think I might do better with FS after the first of the year.Right now I'm just not willing to give up what I've been eating.
