I'm considering getting the "Ultimate Food Value Diary", Android version, to do Points Plus. I am interested in anyone's comments, opinions, reviews. Please share. First off I would like to confirm that it does do Points Plus, it isn't spelled out in what I've seen online.

Judy, I bought that app for my Kindle long ago. Haven't used it in a long time, but I recall thinking that it was a good app. A friend used it for a long time until she switched to calorie counting.
I also have iTrackBites Plus and like that interface; however, iTrackBites has numerous options that are additional in-app purchases and are not described very clearly.

I'm going to check it out. So far, I still prefer Points Plus over Smart Points, even with the FreeStyle roll out.

I have used both this one and itrackbites. I prefer ultimate as I find it is more user friendly. They now though charge a monthly premium price for smart points . Both databases are ok...a bit iffy on some things, but normally if you are really in doubt there are several online calculators that still do the math with points plus .
I pretty much dislike itrackbites with a passion even though it is the more popular. I have it now on my iPad, but if I were to quit WW and go back to PP I would download ultimate food value diary.
Neither though efficiently work with simple filling

Hi Judy - I still use the iTrackBites app to do Points Plus. I got to goal doing PP and just couldn't make SP work, so I was grateful this app was available to keep doing what worked so well for me. I spent the additional $1.99 to get the more advanced "search" for online foods - it's really a must if you don't want your searches to take all day.
Good luck whatever you do and Happy New Year!

I bought the ultimate app this morning. First thing I noticed is that the database didn't have a lot of my serving sizes for a number of my daily basics. Later I will use the calculator to add the sizes I need into my favorites. Reminded myself that there is always work when you start something new. I assume I'm doing P+ on it. I got the plan that does fiber. I'm pretty clueless when it comes to my phone and apps. When they discussed premium service it sounded like that was if you wanted to do their version of Free Style which I don't want to do. Didn't see any reason to upgrade if I'm doing one of the other programs. I will probably keep up tracking on FS too. I just feel bugged I can't seem to wrap my head around it. I think the real problem is I'm eating too much and am not dealing with that. It's like the saying "I've got to get in gear" and I'm running around going what gear? what's a gear? azcristi, I'm a little lost with it you might have better luck figuring it out.

It’s a little confusing but Standard is PP. Premium Standard is SP. And Premium Carryover is Flex/Frestyle. Love this app! 😍

Judy I hope you like it as much as I do! I love that I can track my GHG's again. I was using LoseIt! and I found I wasn't eating very many fruits or veggies because I didn't have a place to mark them off. That may seem silly to some but it works for me!

mattlaura, Yes I like it. I find comfort in tracking everything. I'm going to still work on acclimating to the new program but it is going to take awhile for me to trust it. I did fine with the switch over to free fruit but this addition of more zero-point foods bugs me.

I lost weight a few times in the past with WW, most recently doing the PP online. I updated my phone app, thinking I would start again, but found Freestyle instead. I have been looking at the new FS plan and it kind of scares me. It seems like a version of Core or SimplyFilling with some extra foods added. I never did that one in the past because the food choices were too limited for my taste. So I'm going to try meetings for a few months to see if I can get used to it, but I have a feeling I'm really going to miss the older PP plan. If this app will calculate the points for that instead, it would be a great way to do it.
