Angie LOL on only getting 5-8" of snow.Your update on ITB is probably more expensive b/c you have an IPhone.Mine is an Android and mine is $12/yr where yours is $36/yr.You know doing SP you can have 30 dailies and most people stayed at 1200 calories when they double tracked calories.I eat foods that keep me over 1200 calories the few times I double track cal.
Celeste Allergies are so bad here too with the winds although our wind isn't as bad as yours.
On my walk this morning my knee buckled 5 times.I didn't fall but it hurt.I decided to do the bike this afternoon since it's so warm outside and now my femur hurts.I'm still so tired too.I need a Whambaalance!!!
Breakfast-2 scrambled eggs with 1/4 cup eggbeaters on Ole spinach tortilla with LC pepperjack Lunch-Usual salad with grilled chicken tenders and evoo, blackberries and Light &Fit Greek yogurt Dinner will be hamburgers. We bought sirloin & ground beef today but tonight will be burgers on Sara Lee bread, raspberries and ff plain Greek yogurt with Splenda Naturals & cinnamon Snacks will be as needed.I know a protein bar for sure & I will see if I'm hungry for anything after that.

I can't believe it's 6pm and I still have about another hour of quilting to do. This pinwheel crib quilt is taking twice as long as I expected. But it looks nice.....not SPECTACULAR, but nice. Want to get it done tonight so I can mail it back to the lady tomorrow.
Mom emailed and said my niece and nephew are coming down to help her around the house since she is laid up. They will want to go to Village Pizza, so Joe and I are invited down to join them. Haven't seen Julia in about a year, and haven't seen Richard since August.
We hit 88 degrees here today. It's APRIL. This is WV, not TX! We will have another hot day tomorrow then heavy rain Sunday. Thankful our precipitation won't be snow!

Fell asleep as soon as I put the laptop down this morning and didn't wake up until 1:00. Have done NOTHING all day, unless you consider being a slug something. Ordered dinner and it'll be here soon. I'm going to shower, change pjs and call it a day.

Becky....I think the reason your itb update was cheaper than what mine would be is due to the fact that you have had the app longer. It had to do with having it before a certain date for the lower price. No big fizz....I can live with it. It would be nice if it would sync with FB. I wonder if your exam yesterday irritated your knee & that was why it was giving out on you today. Take it easy.
Celeste....I need some new jeans....will check those brands out
Connie....nice of your family to help your folks out. Glad you got so much quilting done. We will have extra snow if you need any...
Steph....don’t feel guilty about the day. You needed it.
Wind is blowing like a banshee....no snow yet ... but it is on the radar.

Angie I think the length of time I had the app did have something to do with the price.I had read on the Facebook group where none of the prices were the same.I had already purchased the online search & restaurant guide which may be another reason but someone posted on the general discussion board here that ITB was having a sale for Android for $11.99 but that's been the price from the beginning of flex so I wouldn't call that a sale.I think the exam did hurt my knee some but the x-ray table really hurt my back b/c I can't lay flat on my back.I am on my second day of Celebrex but since I took it with dinner last night I had to wait until dinner tonight. It is supposed to be taken at the same time every day.It is hard b/c I can't take anything like Aleve to supplement it.Stay safe & warm.
We cooked the hamburgers on an electric grill since it was so windy outside. They were so good & juicy.I actually liked it better with the bread than on a bun.We also grilled a sirloin on the electric grill so will have meat for a few nights again.
Goals: paid attention to hunger cues-yes 19 FSP,24 SP 10,000 plus steps-yes 40 min walk,20 min recumbent bike 80 oz water-yes 7/7 hrs getting 250 steps or more

Well I guess we'll see what the weather does tomorrow. We've had very little rain as the front is approaching but lots of wind. No rain and cool is fine for working outside. Supposed to be dropping back to high 30's next couple mornings.
Oh crap the wind just picked up and changed direction. Thundering too. The norther is here! The norther is here!

Oh the puppy I found "Tyson" is up for adoption. He was already neutered, heartworm negative, no parasites, good teeth, between 1-2 yrs old, gets along with all dogs, and uber house trained. Happy & energetic. Schnauzer/scottie terrier mix. Over 2,000 views but no one claimed him. They are featuring him in town at an event tomorrow. Carrie (tech at vet's office) assured me she will make sure he will go to a good home. They just love him.

We are at the baseball game. The winds have died down but it is down right chilly. Not baseball weather for sure. We are sitting inside but still chilly. On the way to the game we got rear ended. We are ok and car has damage but driveable. The guy was a real jerk. I was on with 911 they asked for us to pull off road. When I went over to tell him he started screaming at me to shut up. Operator could hear it. Told me for us to get back in our car and stay away from him and wait for police. We did so pulling over and The next thing we knew he took off. Police came. Fortune we had enough information to id him. I had given 911 the plate and description of the car. Don't know how far he would get since his radiator was leaking. We are ok though I am a little sore. I hope they catch the jerk Oh by getting the plate they identified his insurance so ours can check on that.

I WILL NOT ADOPT A DOG I WILL NOT ADOPT A DOG. So I guess it's baby steps. I got my 6K steps in and my 5 F&V but my eating is NOT GOOD. I think I've allowed that pizza to derail me. I need to go back to my basics of 3 eggs and veggies for Meal 1 (instead of PIZZA!!!) and go from there. Start out well and it's easier to continue on the right track. But at least I got my steps in. And my F&V. Could be worse but could be SO MUCH BETTER. PLAN for tomorrow: Meal 1: Eggs, grilled tomatoes or sauteed spinach w/EVOO (2), turkey sausage patties (3), 1/2 grapefruit= 5 total Meal 2: thai carrot soup(0), open faced chicken sandwich w/ 1/4 cup turkey gravy,(3) EVOO roasted cauli(2)=5 total Meal 3: ham and cheese sandwich (5), Halo, WW pretzels (2) = 7 total If I want snacks it will be 2 WW Vermont Smoke and Cure Minis and halos.= 2 total With snacks that's 19. I'm still not doing the No S since I'm counting and tracking. Good night chillins. I may get that freaking washing machine tomorrow like I've been threatening for like 6 months! Or not! Bob's going to his mom's house on Sunday. He HATES visiting her but it's been a while. All her years of drug abuse are taking their toll on her mind. He was on the phone w/ her and she kept trying to use the phone to turn down the volume of her TV. I've chatted w/ his sister on FB and she's losing it. She's always been a physical wreck due to her Rx drug abuse but her mind is QUICKLY fading and it's so hard to figure out how much is the ONGOING medication abuse or is it dementia or is it something else? She's a VVVVVEERRRRYYYYY old 82. Like 182. I mean I know 82 is elderly but ... oh well it is what it is.

EGADS TERRY I hope tomorrow your neck and back is OK b/c sometimes it seems it takes until the next day to bother people. But whooooooooooaaaaaaaa... he sounds like a case of road rage waiting to happen. That kind of behavior makes me wonder about alcohol or drugs. So glad you're here to tell the story. The driver is scarier than the accident if you ask me!!
Good night ladies and germs.

Terry....oh my! So glad you & dh are ok....but what a piece of work the other driver was! Alcohol? Other incidents that he knew he would be in more trouble? He definitely made matters even worse for himself by taking off....but who knows what may have happened if he stayed!
Suze...Tyson sounds like a cutie! Hope his forever family finds him at the event today.
Becky...how’s the knee today? Hope that Celebrex kicks in for you.
Celeste...the English muffin bread doesn’t come in chocolate...don’t know why they haven’t thought of that....lol.
So far only a dusting of snow with gusty winds. Still have us in the blizzard watch ... so we’ll see what the day brings.
Enjoy your day all! Waves to all!
Goals for today: H2Orange x 6-8 Steps x 5000 Track cal & itb Enjoy a Non S day - but not too much
