Happy Sunday all!!
Well, days like this cause me to become philosphical- so I hope that you do not mind if I just do that. THe past few years have been challenging- I lost my mom 3 years ago- really I lost her probably more like 5 or 6 years ago when we reversed roles and I became her mother as her health went into decline. Its an interesting role that we women play- we nurture each other, cheer for each other, support each other, encourage each other- when our own mom’s are gone, or our own mom’s are not giving us the love and support we need. Its really cool- many of us turn to crafting as a way to nurture and share. Crafting is a lovely way to share our love with our family or thosel we make things for. In the process of doing so we share our crafting ideas and inspire each other on to start that new project, finish an old one or take on a project that we never thought we could do!!
So on this Mothers day- I am thankful for each of you.......Meg, Phyl, CJ and Ruth- for mothering me and inspiring me...with posts, crafting links, general encouragement or just a daily smile when I needed it most. God bless each of you - I wish each of you peace and a great Mothers day- remember those great women in your life who have been a blessing to you. Ginny

What a beautifully eloquent message. It Brings tears to my eyes yet joy to my heart as it does make me think of the wonderful blessing all of you are to me and also makes me think of the others in my life who are and have also those who have been blessings in my life....Thank you Ginny.
