I had planned on cleaning out my kitchen cabinets today, but woke up with a sinus headache. I'll hopefully get at least some of it done later!

Hello Everyone DotRen - Hope your headache gets better soon. irisinnia - Sounds like you are doing well, hope you can continue to stay on track. Thanks for the suggestion about streamlining my tracking. I don't really mind writing down everything, I think it helps me to really accept what I'm eating. I'd just like to eat whatever I want, but I can't choose to do that if I want to keep the weight off. I don't think it will every be easy, it just is what it is. I'm doing pretty well today. I went out earlier and did not buy any junk at the store. I did buy some cookies that are very low point and I'll see if I can manage them. If I start to overeat them, then I'll throw them out. I also bought something at fast food but limited it to a low point option and didn't buy anything else. I have been overeating some pretzels this afternoon, but I tracked them and I figure pretzels are not the worst thing to overeat Hope everyone else is doing well on their plans.

Good morning...so MIA lately. So much yard work to do. I start early and stop around 1:00ish. I am too tired after my shower. With all the rain it is constant.

Hi sunrose - I'm glad you were able to check in and that your are well. I was wondering how you were. I hate yard work, but hopefully you like it I'm doing pretty well on my plan and I've worked out the next few days of eating. I'm hoping to see a loss this week, but I think it's likely I'll just stay the same since I had the gain a few days ago - which still kind of puzzles me but I guess it's just my body fluctuating. I guess that's why you have to look at the overall picture of maybe a month or several weeks at a time to really gauge how you are doing. I was thinking about going to a festival tomorrow but I realized that my main reason for going was to eat food, and I don't need that kind of temptation right now when I've been doing pretty well. Hope everyone else is doing well and that you all enjoy your weekend

Good morning! Keep your fingers crossed that we (Texas coast) get at least 1/2 of the rain they're promising us from that little tropical system. We could use 5-6" over 3-4 days easily!

I got a lot accomplished yesterday. Cleaned out my closet and have a big bag of donations to the local womens shelter; went through my "every day around the house" clothes(t-shirts and things) and tossed a lot; had DH move the bed so I could vacuum and clean the window sills behind it.
Still no rain! They keep saying it's coming, was supposed to be all weekend, then Saturday evening, then Sunday... now this afternoon.

DotRen, hope you got some rain. The weather has been so crazy all over the country.

I went to my ww meeting yesterday and had a very nasty gain. I now weigh more than I ever have in my life. Not a good feeling. Going to work this week on getting it back down before next WW meeting.

DotRen - Hope you got your rain.
sunrose - I'm sorry for the shock on the scale at your meeting. I hope that you can use that to stay on track. It's all a battle - but we can do it!
I'm doing pretty well today. I've gone almost 3 weeks without a binge and hopefully I can continue that way. It helps that I haven't brought things into the house that tempt me and when I do have a problem with a food in the house I throw it out.
I'm trying to remember how difficult these last 7 months have been losing and gaining the same weight over and over. It's not the way I want to live, so I need to learn to keep my weight more steady.
Hope everyone else is doing well on their plans.

Good morning! Well as usual we got a lot of rain overnight and this morning -AFTER the weathermen said it was gone lol. But it's great. We probably got 4" over 3-4 days, and the lawn is doing a happy dance
