DotRen, wow, sounds intense. Reminds me of "HAL" from 2001, A Space Odyssey!

I just heard about a new series, on USA network, that starts October 15. It's titled "Treadstone" and for those of you who have watched the Jason Bourne movies, this is about the beginning of the black op program.
From Wikipedia: Treadstone explores "the origin story and present-day actions of a CIA black ops program known as Operation Treadstone—a covert program that uses behavior-modification protocol to turn recruits into nearly superhuman assassins. The first season follows sleeper agents across the globe as they’re mysteriously 'awakened' to resume their deadly missions.
I hope it's good; I loved the Bourne series.

DebDoesWW, I finally wrote a few of the new shows on my calendar on their start date (with the network listed) so I could at least tape a few to watch. So many of the new shows won't last more than 3 or 4 episodes; I hope the networks will give them some time for us to find them!

linda72, We were just watching the trailer for Emergence. It looks kind of interesting.
We have really tried to cut down on following TV series the last couple of years so we won't add too many new shows to our TV viewing lineup. Emergence is one we will try. And The Unicorn. Other than Survivor and NCIS, that may be all the network TV we will watch now that The Big Bang Theory and Elementary are over.
We will definitely have a look at NeXt and there's a new show with Cobie Smulders called Stumptown - sounds like Jessica Jones without the superpowers - that I might check out.

I know! I'm so excited.
If you want to go back in time, Amazon Prime has most of the seasons of Survivor on it. I didn't check all of them, but the first season is free and we watched the very first episode last night. I think we both (my husband and I) must have had our mouths hanging open. Let's just say, the show has come a long long way. LOL

hallian , DH just mentioned Survivor, Season 1 to me the other day. I remember, at the end, when Susan blasted Richard Hatch and said she'd step over him if she saw him laying in a road. (I think that is who she was referring to. Boy, that was new for TV!) I just watched "Emergence" (ABC) Pretty intriguing show and I'll watch the next episode for sure. What did anyone else think who saw it?
