Cait the soup sounds delicious. GFY marching three miles.
I walked two miles this morning. It was in the eighties again today I have several pot plants that I keep on my front porch in the winter, today I moved some out on the deck.I put some metal at the end to keep the wind from beating them down. It is temporary, I will take it down as soon as the wind quits blowing. I have geraniums and hibiscus that have bloomed all winter. Sure are pretty.

Good morning. I did sleep better, woke up at 3 but stayed in bed with rain sound machine on then it was 5 so clearly went back to sleep.
Nancy, your weather and your flowers sound lovely! I noticed walking the dog yesterday that the neighbors hedge had buds, hopefully they will be ok. It was in the low 20's yesterday morning.
Kelly, the 10 pound challenge sounds like a great idea. The gerd info is good to know, thanks.

HiI got nutrisystem by Marie favorites.Not to lose weight but to get more diverse food and not the same each day. I will supplement with fruit yogurt cocoa and 2 eggs. I think QVC does not like 5 fruits or 2 eggs. But I printed the nutrition pages about the food protein calories saturated fat sugar fiber and protein of each food. So I can enter them online. It has not arrived yet. My trust is paying enough for 6 months. 20 days in a box. I got 10. But they shipped yesterday

Cait I have 39 out of 40 one person said 36. Target is 1 block down the street. So I applied online do not think it will work but I was told I need 6 months of more work. I gave them 3 days a week to work and no more than 10 hours. But said I was available for work 8am to 6pm on those days.

Good Morning!!
Eating on track and had over 90 minutes of exercise. I did 2 10 minutes segments of WATP before work then did a 5 mile WATP last night. I am off today so I can take the ex mother in law for her cataract surgery.
Cait: Great job on your exercise. We may get some snow on Friday. Our weather has been crazy. Extremely warm weather one day then cold the next. We had practically no snow this year.
Nancy: Great job on your miles. You keep very busy.
Amy: Hope you get the answers you need at the SS office. Enjoy your food. Hope it is tasty.
Ruth: Awesome job on your miles so far.

Some of the dinners seemed interesting/ BBQ seasoned chicien Cheese and sp8nach ravioli chicken alfredo chicken pasta parmesan chicken pot pie chili with
The dinners are appealing. Breakfas5 I will do 2 eggs with it because besides oatmeal nd cereal there are muffins etc so my 2 eggs definitely. I am having now 2 bananas a day and 3 apples. also one cup of yogurt and diet cocoa will supplement. high calcium in cocoa and yogurt. I may substirut with healthy life and peanutbutter.

Good evening,
I walked two miles this morning.walked a dog this afternoon that I am trying to leash train. GS got his driving permit so yesterday we put the dog in the car and I let him drive us on the dirt road by our house. I need to get her used to the leash and car so that I can take her to the vet to get spayed. I told granddaughter that I would pay her a dollar a day to walk her, she said yes. Needless to say I don't have to pay him he just wants to drive. This dog is a rescue dog, and so sweet but I don't want a bunch of puppies.

I marched in place yesterday 1 hour = 3 miles while reading & green zone pts & JGTB. Tonight I marched in place 1 hour = 3 miles & plan to JGTB.
NANCY - GFY with the 2 Miles and good plan involving the DGKs in the dog training.
KELLY - good job with the 90 mins exercise & OP eating
AMY - good luck with the work plan!

Busy and active day yesterday. I added 5 miles of WATP. I did eat too much at IHOP at lunch due to not eating enough in the am. I did not have my mid-morning snack while waiting for her surgery to be completed.
Cait: Great job on your miles.
Nancy: What fun with the driving and training the puppy. I love animals.
Amy: The meals sound yummy. Good luck with your meal plan.

Good morning. Nothing new here, the weather is so warm but snow is on its way for the weekend. I am going to Nevada next week and I think it will be in the 80's, that will be nice, no rain either (hopefully that stays)

Nancy, that is so fun to have a puppy!!! Good idea to get is spayed, too many unwanted animals around. Makes me sad for them, if you look into your doggies eyes all you see is LOVE!!
Kelly, did you have pancakes? It was national pancake day yesterday.
Amy, the meals have a lot of variety.
Cait, I have not looked at the app since I got back from Iceland. I need to start over!!! I really love the app and the ED therapist also thought it was a great find. So thanks again for sharing info!

I changed my routine today, instead of walking the TM I walked the dog a mile and half, or rather she walked me. Then I walked the TM one half mile. I can walk her on the dirt road and around the pond and not worry about dogs that run loose out here.The only dog that bothered us was GS's three pound yorkie,she thought she was really tuff lol.not any sense about her size. Then after she calmed down she followed us home. Have a great day!!

I applied to Target Monday and heard bak from the H$R Tuesday. She aiad to call. I did and she will be there Friday. I am going to count calories rather than track ice Friday comes. when nutiystem comes.

I'm making a rice dish to take to my "Faces" group to go with the Ratatouille my friend will be serving. I put in sautéed garlic, onion, diced tomatoes & zucchini & Provence style herbs according to internet: marjoram rosemary savory & thyme.

Hi Everybody,
Life has been very busy lately but I am still finding time to move by walking, marching indoors, doing WATP videos or getting miles on the stationary bike. I have been doing merchandising in stores and getting 9k to 10k steps just walking to and from the stores because I park as far away from the door as I can. My totals for The last challenge were:
Walk: 45.1/mth, 178.9/chall, 87.2/yr Bike: 167.4/mth, 690.6/chall, 320.1/yr Gumbo: 10/chall, .9/yr
I have to get Gumbo walking again. He can't do much but something is better than nothing and he wants to go. Maybe he will lose some weight and the vet will stop fussing at me every time I bring him in.
