bbbearsmom, cathygeha, congrats to both of you My scale was also down .2 and that was after having homemade mini calzones at a celebration of life ceremony we attended yesterday. I did hydrate more and walked more, so that balancing act helped I'll take it! 126.3

Good job everyone!
Sunday, October 20: 124 - up 1.4 lb. Balancing being back eating at home. Fallout from having cheese available again I think. But this weight is fine and dandy for me.

lani, there is nothing more satisfying than being happy with your weight where it is......I'm so happy that I upped mine after I retired. No way will I 'go without' like I used to. So long as I'm in my happy zone, I'm...well...happy Great job!

Down 0.2 since last Monday @122.8.I don't believe that is a maintainable weight for me so I will see. Unlike ann1953 and lani my weight fluctuates a few tenths every day but not wild. It's usually under 1 lb but I can be up or down 1 or 2 lbs weekly.

So I was up .4 at my WW meeting and I'm not happy. I'm in dangerous territory now. The mood isn't right to really dig in and do something but I am going to make some small changes this week and go from there.

bbbearsmom I double track with calories but I find if I totally depend on counting calories I don't do as well since I feel like I can eat anything as long as I have the calories.I know strictly calorie counting works for lots of people but I don't lose much that way.I can usually maintain.Since they are supposedly bringing smart points back I have been giving points to the zero point foods and stay within my 30 points if possible and still double track.I eat so many of the same foods from day to day it's easy to remember the points but I still double track with calories so I can see the whole picture.Would that help you or would it just seem like too much trouble?I use the WW app and just count everything except fruits & veggies on it but count calories for the same fruits & veggies.

Monday: 201.8 Tuesday: 200.6 Wednesday: ?
There is one bright star in the midst of the situation in Lebanon - if it can be called that. I know that Wednesdays are tough on the weight-loss front and this week we are skipping our get together because roads are closed. So...I will NOT be tempted by food and wine and snacks and ONEDERLAND will be mine before next Wednesday!
