My Digital Scale needs a battery. The spring scale has such small numbers I have to wear glasses to see the numbers and then it is iffy. I think I am around 200...maybe

lani, Good luck with your home appliance issues. Well the digital scale said I lost 1.3 pounds since last Sunday morning. I'm thinking I might need batteries for the scale although the old mechanical scale seemed to agree. Have same problem cathygeha, has, hard to read the dial on the mechanical scale. Husband said I was losing weight because I'm not eating enough so I didn't go get batteries. Tomorrow night at my WW meeting I get weighed so that might tell me I did lose weight or not. I spent a long time struggling and gaining up to my goal weight up until I went on Green, granted I did cut back on some food but I didn't even lose weight like this when I was losing my weight. When I was losing weight it was in .something increments hardly ever a pound or more than a pound. Back to eating an ounce of nuts a day to see if that helps.

bbbearsmom, are you feeling tired? Reason why I ask is that once I went way below my goal....and almost dipped beyond the lowest end of the weight watcher scale at the time. My leader told me to stop eating the reduced fat/low calorie foods and when I did that I was okay. I didn't feel tired or sick.....and not really sure what the problem was. I no longer have that problem. I've been maintaining in my 'happy zone' since......until I was told by my surgeon to GAIN weight to see if it would help with my implants...it didn't so I went back OP and lost it again. I'm sure the nuts will help. That's a healthy way to increase weight. Good luck

I too am way below my WW goal.I am tired but that could be pain related also.I have started eating more of my maintenance points because sometimes I feel weak also again could be pain related.

borntexan, ann1953, I'm going to add things back in. One thing I could do is go to full fat milk and yogurt, thanks for the idea. I want to do this methodically and not just start eating willy-nilly. I think I have some resistance to the idea of gaining weight.

Sunday 1/26: 158.8 - down 2.0 from last Sunday Monday 1/27: 158.8 - same bbbearsmom, I can't imagine how it would feel to have to stop losing weight, much less, having to gain. You've got some good options though.

I think I have some resistance to the idea of gaining weight. Makes sense given your history. It is a mental game we have to play with ourselves. Monday, January 27: 126 - no change. I was perfectly on plan yesterday. As I noted in another post, I am positive the refrigerator problem is solved.

Judy I am needing to gain 5-7 lbs.My leader didn't suggest it.They are always happy when I lose which I think is a little reckless on their part. However I feel like I need to gain to gain strength for my surgery.I find it's so hard to give up control but we can do this.
