Friday down 1.4@119. Itβs the day after WI of course. So it was only a gain of 1lb for the week. I am happy with that. Thanks bbbearsmom for the encouragement.

Becky when I got my etool voucher in January, my leader guide whatever told me that they will no longer be giving them out...it will be done electronically...but she didn't give me a month. I assumed it was in the near future. Be interesting to find out when I go to my meeting on the 6th.

luvvinlife, sounds like you are on my schedule, every three years. I had a couple of pseudo-polyps and he took a ton of biopsies but I've heard nothing so I guess no news is good news. Friday, January 31: 125.6 - up 0.8 lb. I was on plan yesterday, but not the day before, so this makes sense: my usual lag before seeing a consequence from eating pattern.

lani, Always nice that we so know our bodies Each time I go for a colonoscopy they always find polyps and thank God they are always benign.

borntexan, I've heard that they are going to be electronic now. I was told when you weigh in for your meeting the computer will automatically add the two months. I don't know what the new rules will be if any but I don't truat WW.

Friday Jan.31: 158.6 - up 2.2 Back to my usual. Hopefully this won't become a plateau. lani, Yes! I'm on your schedule now. They found one benign polyp and 1st degree diverticulitis. Advised more fiber. I don't know how much more fiber I can eat without creating other issues but we'll see.

luvvinlife, You might want to track on MFP (MyFitnessPal) for a week or so with fiber as one of your macros. You might not be getting as much fiber as you think.
