borntexan, Good luck. That seems like a good idea. The saga of the scale: it was back up this morning and I took it that the batteries were going that is why I was so low Saturday and Sunday. Got the batteries and put them and now I won't question the weight it shows. I still need to gain two pounds to get to the bottom of my happy zone.

I know I need to gain but I hadn’t planned on gaining 1.6 in one day.
I guess too much grazing, sodium and my IBS-C is back. It’s my story and I’m sticking to it for now. Also used to more exercise than I cannot get with my knee.

luvvinlife, welcome to my world. Is this your first one? I have to have one every three years due to UC since '96. It takes about an hour for the prep to kick in. Wednesday, January 29: 125.4 - up 1 lb. I'm a little bloated this AM: my waist measurement is up.

You were right on the money. 1 hour! The prep is the pits. I had my first scope when I was 40 as my mom had colon cancer. The doc I went to did NOT put you under!! I was on that table for what seemed like forever.

I can't imagine that ann1953, I have a friend who actually prefers to be awake for things like that and foot surgeries, etc.
