It's a beautiful day here, and I'm tired of thinking about viruses and tRump. Come to think of it tRump is a lot like a very nasty virus. But the sun is shining, it's going into the low 80s, steaks are marinating getting ready for the grill, and I plan to concentrate on just enjoying the day. Come on down and join me!

Joyce, thanks for the invite. I'm on my way. I hope you enjoy this warm and beautiful day, the delicious food and drink, but most of all the people who are there with you.
Have a great day!

New York New jersey Connecticut Rhode Island Massachussets Deleware Pennsylvania are combining for purchase power for ppe a nd testing. That's wise of them. I am disgusted that the JA has left this totally on the states to do. He asks how he could have predicted this when he had all kinds of intelligence briefings predicting exactly this, and then stands there and says the states should have been better prepared. What's the point of being the "United States" if each state is supposed to fend for itself in matters that are affecting the entire country, for that matter the entire world. It just makes me furious, and I've told myself that I am not going to think about him today so I'm going back to my patio and enjoy listening to the birds and reading a book.

He is not a president. He does not belong in The Peoples House. He was, and still is, nothing more than a big body to keep Hillary out of the WH.
A Richie Rich man/baby who wouldn't know a hammer, a rake, or power tool if he stepped on one.
He doesn't care about Americans or any other people. He wants to be a dictator and have people worship and fear him.
He's a joke. World leaders know this and so do we.
He makes Americans look foolish, weak, and stupid. That's ok as long as corporate America gets richer, bigger, and stronger. Who needs a president when we have an abundance of corporate presidents?
So, this is the change the Right Wing longed for. A BIGGER wedge between the wealthy and the middle class/poor.
And yet, those being hurt by this still cheer him on.
We are not only ugly Americans. Let's add stupid.

You know why he does it? They're fighting for supplies, then he "rides to the rescue" (and puts his signature on it) to make sure people think he's a hero.

Given DT's track record, how could anyone have expected him to suddenly become competent once elected? He was elected by a perfect storm of variables that no one saw coming, and given free rein by the Senate. They rolled the dice that they could manage him enough to avoid catastrophe and get their agenda accomplished - which seems to mostly be swinging the judicial to the right. Now comes a hundred year crisis and they have to pretend we can get through it with this idiot in charge. Stop the world, I want to get off.

Stupid people didn’t like that we had a black man in charge for 8 years. Hence, the orange man baby wedging his way into the WH.

I wonder if we'll ever know how many PPE orders made by individual states, were confiscated mid-air and last minute by the administration to do just that? Disgusting.

we likely won't ever know. but i do find it despicable that he and his stupid son in law told people the federal stock of equipment wasn't for the states (well then who the eff is it for, if not for the citizens of the US)?? only tp later find out that when a state places an order the feds are ordered to go in and take it. so what is it, giant man baby? you want the states to fend for themselves or don't you?
who in the world thought this man was a good choice for PRESIDENT?? i know who did, but come on. grow a brain!
