wwlurker - Hope your WI goes well tomorrow. I remember when I was doing Momentum I could look at a food and tell what the points are - it does get stuck in your head. I also kept a running tally of my points during the day too - otherwise it is easy to go over. I really should go back and try Momentum again, since it works for me. Hope everyone has a good weekend. Hello! cj59, Thank you and Beck is so amazing, as you know. I would never have lost an ounce if it weren't for Beck. It makes me question the thoughts that keep me trapped at this weight. That's cool that you're thinking about Momentum again. It feels sort of lonely to me when I'm on an 'old plan' but once I think about how all the WW people are now on different plans and how many are on PP and Momentum and calorie counting, I think we're all on the same journey, just driving different cars. wwlurker, Wow! -1 is great! That's basically perfect. If you were 0 or +1 you'd say you were perfect, so I say -1 counts too! Did I miss which program you're on? Anyway, I'm glad you're finding a point amount that works for you. And thinking about what you'll eat before you eat it? Awesome! Keep up the great work! I ate more of my weekly points this weekend, and that's always scary after a loss, but I have to figure out if I can eat all my weeklies like I used to and still lose weight. I used to eat my Activity Points too but that was 6 years ago so my body could be different. I'm going to stay positive. I'm in this for... well, forever, so I'm going to dial in on my weigh in this week and see what's working and what isn't. I hope you are all having a great weekend!

I am starting over today. 4 meals a day. I have been anxious and overeating and gain8ing weight getting my courses set for summer and fall. I had 3 overrides I had to wait for. I overate and overate. Well I have my school schedule set now. My summer classes start in 2 weeks. I am doing purple. I don't think I will have time to exercise. Too anxious for that while in school. I have set a goal for 2 years- I graduate in 2 years in May to not binge. I am doing accounting assistant. It will be an adventure. But nervous with anticipation. The math course in summer and fall are prerequisite. All the other courses in fall and summer are part of the program. I am taking a math class this summer and written communication
