Monday, October 5: 126.6 - up 0.4 lb.
Thanks for the helpful feedback. My digestion continues to be on the fritz and I'm bloated, so it's hard to objectively judge the numbers on the scale. For what it's worth, my measurements are the same as they were when I was a few pounds lighter, other than the waist, which makes sense since - bloated.

I will post weight tomorrow, didn't weigh in at home only doctors office today which was 168 pounds but I had jeans, heavy tennis shoes and heavy sweatshirt that I weighed in. lani, Do you have fructose intolerance as that is one of the symptoms of it. There is a group of foods that you have to eliminate. My husband had it, it was diagnosed at Mayo Clinic a couple years ago. Google it to see symptoms etc.

mac, The daughter of a friend of mine has this. I think she had to figure it out for herself. Monday evening weigh-in for WW meeting: up 1.7 pounds. I wore my shoes to get ready for weighing in in my shoes at meetings, also I had a sweatshirt on today so that is why there was a big leap.

Weighed in at 166 this morning which is: * Four pounds more to weigh in free at goal of 160 as I'm allowed two pounds so need to weigh 162 to weigh in free, I ask myself can I do this in the next three weeks. * I've lost 6 pounds in the last six weeks. * Its going to be interesting, what do you think?

mac, thanks for your thoughts. I have had ulcerative colitis since 1996, so I know all about my intolerances and symptom triggers. I feel fine, no pain, it's just the output that has changed, if I may be so coy. Tuesday, October 6: 125.8 - down 0.8 lb. 'Bout time.

lani, So sorry to hear you have colitis, not a fun thing to have to deal with. I understand the foods that you cannot have that cause it to flare up. Hope you are feeling better!β€
