Wednesday, October 7: 126.6 - up 0.8 lb.
Digestively speaking, things are still the same, not horrible but not optimal either. The last two days I ate a couple of hundred calories below plan. I will carry on doing what works. As long as the big gains are over, I'm OK with riding this out.

lani, Years ago I had irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and it was difficult to have and somewhat ruled my life. Luckily when I quit work after a number of months, almost a year I think I was over it.

Thanks, everyone! Again, I don't feel awful, a bit low energy is all. In the course of living with UC this episode is pretty much a big nothing. Thursday, October 8: 126.2 - down 0.4 lb.

lani, here's hoping your UC goes into remission. Just refreshed my memory and read about the UC diet...kind of just the opposite of the high fiber diet.
