UPDATE: I can no longer access the national VW with just my digital membership. They sent me a code for a lifetime digital + unlimited workshops for $34 a month. Of course it didn't work and I'm just over it. I'll see if I can still get into my "local" workshop tonight.

neenAre you Life Time over goal, if so, it should only be $14 95. Call the 800-651-6000 I had to call them to get LT over goal.

UPDATE: I was able to attend my local VW last night. The coach even made a comment about the national VW being cut off for those not on an unlimited workshop plan. He also said he KNEW his members would NEVER try to cheat the system and he KNEW we were all in the correct membership plan to be at his meeting. LOL
Thanks OK, I didn't care for the HUGE national VWs.

neenHow's the weather in Indiana today neighbor? We have light snow but temperatures in the 20's. It was -12' Tuesday night. As to the virtual workshops, numbers are down in many classes. They have a big problem with not being able to turn off live transcript if you are on an android phone or computer, very annoying and it's going to affect class numbers if they don't get it fixed. One class the host turned it on for two people but what about those of us that don't want it. I've been honking my horn on this because it's so annoying, I got off a class this morning because of it.

mac, I do the VM on Zoom on my computer with Microsoft operating system, and at the bottom of my Zoom screen when I'm in a meeting there is an icon I can click that turns off the live transcript. I've had the live transcript on in the last two meetings and finally figured out how to turn it off. Anyway the icon at the bottom of the screen is the second one in from the right and says "CC." You click on it and then you click on "Hide Subtitles" and that turns the live transcript off, or at least it did for me.

mac, we got another 2 inches of snow last night (on top of the 12 from earlier in the week). I am OVER winter! At least it's back up in the 20s today! As for the closed captions, I've learned to ignore them. I can see where they could be annoying on a cell phone since the screen is so little. I work with several people with hearing disabilities, so they are useful. It was mentioned that they weren't able to be turned off on adroid phones. I'm not sure why!

neenGood to see you neighbor! bbbearsmomI get on VM through my WW app. Is that "CC" setting on the zoom app where I could turn it off? Thanks for your help! One class I joined today was only 20 people, maybe because people can't access it anymore as neen said, not sure why numbers are down? The coach was very good.

Wow debinprogress ! I couldn't get your link to work so I googled, are they kidding!?! Requirements • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Nutrition, Health, Wellness, or as a Registered Dietitian; Master's desired. Commensurate experience, including certifications in these areas would be acceptable . • 3 years experience as a health, wellness, nutrition or fitness facilitator in developing social media content and previous health and wellness coaching experience preferred. • 3 years coaching experience (skill coaching - focus on supporting members to be successful on a wellness journey and developing strategies that allow members to find their own best solutions) preferred • Passion for wellness and healthy lifestyle, and supporting others to achieve wellness and weight management goals . • Experience with media training and video experience required • Passion for WW brand and either currently lives the program or is ready to • Places high value on encouraging sustainable, science-backed approaches to wellness. Can easily separate facts from fads and provide guidance to others on how to do the same . • Comfortable communicating and sharing a personal wellness journey through digital medium to show members and potential members how you "live the brand" and to reinforce behavior change principles. • This role will be regionally based in various locations throughout the US and in various WW market locations in order to speak to and support members/consumers in those locations. • Verbal and written English language business proficiency. Quite the change from the days when the only requirement was LT at Goal and motivating! If these are the requirements to work for WW they sure better be paying a LOT more than they did when I worked for them.

So with them cutting off national VW for some people on digital memberships, I wanted to check on LT people. I have not had a membership since I ran out of free eTools. I am over goal right now. But, I was planning to do the $14.95 a month eTools if it including the national VWs. Has anyone tried it since they started enforcing the rules for the people with digital only? That is -- I know the national VWs don't work for digital people, but do they still work for lifetime people paying $14.95?
I like the national VWs fairly well and like the ability to just drop in to one when the mood hits me. Our in person workshops are open but I haven't been since Covid. But -- I got my 2nd vaccine today so in a couple of weeks I might go and just weigh in if the $14.95 covers the national VWs and weigh ins.
