I am hanging in there, Following a 30 point green program with 30 points plus fresh fruit. Vitamin is one of the points. Losing weight slowly. I am down 50 .6 pounds from my highest. 60 more pounds to go to get to a weight that is what my height is for. 150 is my goal. Presently 213. Was 263.6.

I had more after I hit the sweet spot on the points yesterday BUT it is a new week as of this morning and the up on the scale I saw was not a surprise and gives me plenty of room to lose what found me plus more!
12/4 27PP I've already used 10 weeklies but, my new week doesn't start until Monday. The scale can be unkind if I go over 10 weeklies now that I'm an old fart.
DotRen, I did Atkins for a bit in my late 30's and they used those pee strips to see if you were in ketosis. I loved the energy I had but, boy if I slipped and had bread or potato, I'd gain like 5 lbs. lol Is the blood monitor like a blood sugar test?
