The sun cam out and it was 40 here. It had been so cold we all went out in the mud to sit on the lawn chairs. I don't think we will get to 0 or below again this year again. yeah. I do just 31 minutes Cait. I pace slot though in my apartment. I do 1 mile a day but my pedometer says more so I dont know. But now at nearly 3pm Saturday I have 6500 ste3ps for the day. I am just counting noting points I hate calories. I am in purple so my brown rice and peas are zero. But I eat the full 16 points n9w I am given daily. I will never count calories again it upsets men. no end.

SATURDAY!
I’m baaaaack! We had an awesome trip with no hiccups to speak of. Lots of sunshine, snow, thermal steam, wildlife, and skiing! I’m guesstimating 26 miles, including 2 miles today to finish the Trail-a-thon for February.
I’m going to stretch later. I can’t bring myself to get on a hotel floor, so my stretching suffers on vacation😕. I need to figure out a standing routine.

I am in onederland. I weighed 199.4 this morning dressed in light top light shoes like WW. But when I go next week to WW studio I will have eaten probably so don't know if that will happen there. I did the one mile today on treadmill in 30 minutes 40 seconds. at 1.5mph. I pace a lot so I get steps that way. Scott is getting the same pedometer Thursday. I am eating 4 cups of whole food frozen rice 2 cups of frozen green peas steamed. The rice is put in a microwave rice cooker but no water and only 8 minutes. I eat 3 slices of whole wheat healthy life. 3 tablespoons of peanut butter. and 1/2 cup of edys triple chocolate I ce cream without added sugar. The rice and peas make 6 meals. I eat cream for a snack. I eat the slices of bread toasted in morning when I exercise. yesterday I weighed 201.6. I haven't been under 200in more than 5 years, I use purp;e/ I et now the 16 daily;y points and the zero brown rice and green peas. I take 1/3 cup peas and 2/3 cup rice and steam the peas in the micowave with a microwave steamer. That makes 6 meals. I often have the 1/2 of ice cream mid afternoon.

Good Morning Challengers!
Yesterday I did all 6 of my main HHs, stayed in my 💚 zone of pts 🔵 Healthy Eating Zone. One day at a time.
My “KISS” HHs (Keep it Simple and Specific) - Avoid salted snacks: 💚 - JGTB: 💚
2 microhabits: - “50 pushaways”: 💚 - “No seconds with snack”: 💚
Habit change: It’s a process - mind, body, emotions, spirit. It takes time and repetition. For me, Prayer + Practice + Patience + Perseverance = Progress
Yesterday we walked 2.6 mi to and along the bluff above the beach, got takeout lunch.
This am my end of month weight was 146.3, down 3.9 lbs from end of Jan 150.2. I always wondered what would happen to my weight if I stayed in my Healthy Eating Zone every day, and now I know. Duh! 🤪 My weight normalizes. I just had to be willing to let go of the junk foods and habits that kept me on the roller coaster 😳 Be well and take care, for ourselves, and for each other.

AMY -- Congrats on reaching "one-derland!" I know that has been your goal for a while now. WTG!
I walked 2 miles today, and I stretched last night and this afternoon. New month tomorrow!
