Good Morning!!
I had an OP day yesterday. I added 3 miles indoors unfortunately. Every time I was free to walk it was raining.
Carol: Great job on your water workout and the stretching with a focus on your core.
Cait: Great job on your walk. I am glad the afternoon treat did not trigger overindulgence the rest of the day.
Amy: Glad you are getting your self back on track. Nice that you have made a space to exercise.

Good Afternoon Challengers!
Yesterday I did all 6 of my main HHs, stayed in my 💚 zone of pts.
My “KISS” HHs (Keep it Simple and Specific) - Avoid salted snacks: 💚 - JGTB: 💚
2 microhabits: - “50 pushaways”: 💚 - “No seconds with snack”: 💚
Yesterday we walked 2 mi.
KELLY - GFY OP and 3 mi indoors. That shows DETERMINATION, as KC used to say.
CAROL - GFY with the 2 mi of water aerobics and stretching. I know what you mean about core work - it’s hard! LOL re A/C one day and chilly the next. You’re like my DH - he’s never satisfied with the weather. 🤪
AMY - Glad you can rearrange your space for better computer use, cooking, eating, and exercising.

AMY -- good to see you posting again! I hope the new arrangement works for you.
CAIT -- way to come back and have a 6/6 day! Is your 3.7 mile walk one way or round trip? Either way, it sounds nice!
KELLY -- sorry your walks were thwarted by rain, but (wait for it...) we need it! Ha, ha!
I did most of a back-focused stretching session and then a Silver Sneakers Zumba class. I have wanted to try Zumba for a long time because I really like the music, and this is a good class for old ladies like me to do *by myself *in the basement *where no one can see me. It was fun! I'm counting 2 miles for the class.

Yesterday I did 1/6 of my main HHs, ate above my red zone of pts, but not as badly as in the past, and I didn’t stay up too much after 11.

CAROL - the Sunday 3.7 mi is round trip for breakfast 😃 GFY with the Zumba. I’ve had video exercise on my to do list for ages but haven’t done it.

I am doing green at 30 points. 8 counes of chicken ion the sea tuna in water. 4 bagels forever bagels. 4 cups of frozen blueberries thawed.

CAIT — give online workouts a chance! I’m surprised that I like it as much as I do. Silver Sneakers has both live and on demand workouts. I’ve done both, and I like the live ones more than I expected. Maybe the scheduled time gets me up and moving; I tend to procrastinate with the on demand videos.
AMY — I hope things are going well for you! We had local elections this week—did you? I know you like to work the elections.
I went to water aerobics this morning, so I’m counting 2miles for that.

I’ve been very busy with work and finalizing things before we leave In a week and a half to go back North for a while.

Good Morning!! TGIF!!
I added 3 miles yesterday. Had a nice evening at Church for National day of Prayer. The Church was open all day for people to come in pray. From 6-8 we had live Worship Music. It was moving. Too bad not very many came out last night.

We have a busy 2 days today and tomorrow. Friend/coworker couple are coming to dinner tonight, and another couple tomorrow to go out to lunch and visit. Not sure how long we’ll stay North but at least through June and part of July, maybe longer.
