Hi Linda - Sounds like you had a nice Thanksgiving, and some enjoyable foods. Good luck with seeing the scale go down in the next few weeks. I guess I'm doing alright. I've had a stressful week with "house" issues so my eating and exercising hasn't been the best. I do make sure to always eat some fruits, vegetables and dairy each day and I always get my water in. Hopefully I can get the problems at home fixed soon so I can get back on track fully. I'd like to have a few good weeks before Christmas since I know I'll be eating some higher calorie foods then. Hope everyone else is doing well and having a good weekend

Tomorrow is WI day for me. I expect to be 1-ish lbs up. I've heard so many having success with the new program. Not sure why I haven't seen losses yet. I'm not giving up. I'm still trying to make it work. It was easier with green. I paid for a year of itrackbites because I do refer to green there when I want to see "what would that be on green" but I'm hoping not to have to go back to it. I might if I get my favorite chocolates for Christmas and my birthday (Jan. 2). I will make them last but if the points are ridiculous on PP, I'll go back to green. Last year on green, I maintained weight while I was enjoying a chocolate treat everyday. Prior to that it was always a gain. Maybe I'll have PP figured out by then and if the points aren't too bad, I can make it work. Have a good day everyone!

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well and enjoying the weekend sunrose - It's always good to see you stop by, hope you enjoyed the holiday. I'm thankful for you too - you always offer support to me and I appreciate it. Linda - I hope you can figure things out with the new program. It just seems like it should work for everyone if you eat the same as you did before, but I guess with the point calculation changes and amount of points you get it just takes time to adjust. I'm glad you have Itrackbites as a backup. I'm eating pretty well, but I'm letting my personal problems and feelings "allow" me to overeat and I need to get out of that mindset. My biggest problem with food is that I use it emotionally. I really don't think I will ever get to a point that I'll think of food as just for sustenance. Take care everyone!

I was up 1 lb today for WI. I'm glad to start a new week with new weeklies. I don't like looking at negative numbers! This week my goal is for at least 4 blue dots. i did get for last week. I went to the WW zoom meeint. I'm still dealing with Thanksgiving leftovers but I'm learning how to mix it more zero point foods to make it "work". I've decided I need a little more oil in my diet. I'm going to add some to my zero point salad dressing today. I have heard that oil helps to process more nutrients from a salad. I'm hoping to get some christmas shopping done today. I tried yesterday but my computer was acting up. I'll use the laptop today! Here is a crazy thing! The agency I contacted about aides, sent someone today without telling me but they also forgot to go over the payment arrangements with the aide. Well, he ended up having to leave because we were not in agreement on payment. And I almost missed my zoom meeting! So yeah, I still have no aide. Have a good day everyone.

Scale hop was down .2 today. I sure hope this is the beginning of a losing streak! Well, 1 day is not a streak yet. LOL I am just about finished with shopping for the grandsons. I just need a gift card that has to be picked up at the store and then they are done. I still need to shop for DH. I'm trying to get more info on what he asked for and check with his dr to make sure it will benefit him. otherwise, I will have to figure out something else. We are making progress on our thanksgiving left overs. A few things we have completely finished. Tonight should be the last meal where their included because they are getting old. (We did take a break from them two nights, otherwise, they probably would be gone). I hope everyone has a good day!

Hi Linda - Congratulations on seeing a loss on the scale, hope that continues for you. I know it feels good to get Christmas gift shopping done, good luck with finishing it. I've been slacking on my walking, so I hope I can do better in December. My eating has been pretty good, except for some treats around Thanksgiving. Hope everyone else is doing well

Scale hop down .2 again. It came on a lot faster than it's leaving! Last night I was pretracking. I had to add an extra snack to bring my points up to where I don't think I'll get hungry. I know from being on green if I went much below 30, I got hungry. I was at 25 pp. I knew that was too low and checked it on Green. Well, I ended with 28 PP, 29 on green. I never expected that to happen! I've always felt with the new program I needed more points for what I want to eat and to not get hungry. Phew! I guess I'm starting to "get how it works". Yesterday I did inventory of my received packages for the two little boys to make sure I have everything. I was missing something! I had to call Amazon to find out if it was on it's way. Turns out the amazon seller had canceled it but I missed the message. So I ordered it again. Good thing I checked! This is for the grandson whose birthday is 3 days before Christmas so I need everything i ordered for him by Christmas. Today I'm making my instant pot pulled chicken. DH's favorite. And it's 0 pp! I'll have that and veggies and a 647 sandwich roll for the chicken. 2 pp dinner! Wow! (No wonder I had extra points!) Have a good day!

Scale hop today was up .4. So ends the loss I had. Oh well. Staring to get the last few christmas items I ordered. I just got the okay from DH's dr on the therapy machine he wanted me to get for him. Great sale! Normally almost 700.00 now only 200. I also have to figure out the specific item I want for my birthday for DH to get me. I know what I want but not sure of brand and features. I finally tried my other idea for baked apple. It came out good. I've been working on getting 4 blue dots this week. I have 3 so far. Not sure I'll get one today with fast food lunch. Hi Linda - Sorry to hear about the gain, but I'm sure you'll see a loss again Picking a birthday gift for ourselves is always fun. Good luck on getting your blue dots this week. FYI - We have a monthly thread that one of us starts on the first day of the month - so look for the December thread to add your new posts into I need to "get my act together" since I've haven't been serious with things for a few weeks.
