I believe we covered that back on page 2 NatureLover , yep it's gone from the website along with the water tracker. (And no veggie tracker on the website either.) The website is down to the bare bones and looking really pathetic. * They just keep plugging the app on the website. And the difference is there is now an option to either choose steps or minutes on the assessment to earn extra points (no longer called FitPoints). On the app you can manually enter "steps" under activity (for instance if you have a pedometer and count steps that way). And yes, you earn daily points from activity, water, non-starchy veggies. Hi Deb,
I know you don't work for WW, but I hope you can direct me to an email address or webpage where I can address this:
- I cannot use the app reliably for a number of reasons, but the main one is that I'm unable to see it due to my failing eyesight. I understand why they're pushing people off the web interface and onto the app, but what am I -- and a lot of other people with poor eyesight -- supposed to do?
Please know that I'm not complaining at you.
Thanks,
-- Mike Beebe
Mike I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm trying to get the best answer for you but I can't find the "24/7 chat" button on the website anymore to direct you to! There used to be a "chat with a coach" option does anyone see where it went to on the website? Here is the phone number 800-651-6000 but that is going to be quite a wait. If you can get on the app and have a way to enlarge chat text you can get to the 24/7 chat that way. (Menu bar > help > 24/7 chat) You can also reach them on FB just use messenger (I have found that has been the quickest and most reliable). Here is the email information customerservice@weightwatchers.com

About adding for a cup of non-starchy veggies. I was looking up some frozen veggies I have. I know these are all non-starchy veggies, not even mixed with any others. Anyway, the ones that WW automatically adds points for is sort of hit and miss. I think I will definitely need to be adding some veggies if I want to get the extra points. It is easy to do (easier on the app though than the browser).

I found that if I added a cup of the generic Frozen mixed vegetables it cost me a point. If I added a cup of the Frozen mixed vegetables I use (Kirkland Normandy mix) they are zero and I get a point added to my dailies.

vicki, For dinner I was eating some veggies that are mixed, non-starchy. They have a tiny amount of olive oil so have points. That part is fine. The problem is that I don't authomatically get the point added. I don't think it matters that they are mixed with non-zero point ingredients (the oil). For example, I have some frozen dinners that are definitely mixed with non-zero point ingredients. But, I still automatically get a point added for the veggies for them. But, for the frozen veggies that are only veggies and a little oil, I don't. That is just odd. I went ahead and recorded the veggies (which cost a point) and then added them so they earned a point.

Roz I saw that too but it just talks about how to enlarge what is on the website. His issue is that the features on the app are no longer mimicked on the website like they used to be. And they've introduced new things that he won't have access to. Gone are the days when the only difference was the limitations with Connect :/ * I should have scrolled all the way down on that page, here are 2 more emails to try techsupport@ww.com accessibility@ww.com Thanks Roz!!

I can't find the "24/7 chat" button on the website anymore to direct you to! The 24/7 coaching box just "appeared" on my Your Plan (formerly My Day) page on WW.com - it did not pop up earlier (Monday 11/8, 8:24 PM).

borntexan fiber is now a part of the calculations which is why your popcorn 🍿 went down, but they don't give you points for fiber just NS veggies, water and activity. Unfortunately the zero point popcorn is only air popped without oil so unless that is how you are going to be eating it you might want to exclude popcorn and get that extra point to use for the Skinny Pop version 🤗. (I love skinny pop too!!) I do love Skinny Pop but I also have a microwave popper coming from Amazon. I may just have the Skinny Pop on nights I have sweet potatoes. I could understand why I got extra points for veggies and activity but I haven't gotten in the 60 ounces of water quite yet but working on it.

borntexan, I don't think I'll get the 60 oz. of water very often, especially as we have colder weather. For me, that's a lot of water.

When I lived in WI I used to heat water in the microwave add a lemon wedge the water. It was actually pretty good. It's funny because I drank iced coffee all year round but then I would like something warm to drink.

catfishbabs, can we count water with lemon in it? If so, I drink lemon water a lot already.

My android updated without any problems (yay!) I took the assessment. I received 26 daily points and my weekly is 14. Zero foods are chicken, air-popped popcorn, fruits and veggies. I'm using steps for my daily activity. Someone elsewhere asked and I am able to manually add steps. I am not on maintenance. If I was, I think I would get more daily points. So far, so good. I'm excited to see how this works! That's the same points I got and I was on green. I did have 21 weeklies on green and only 14 on this one. I am also just recording steps.

I too have vision problems (partially blind in right eye), it was the only reason I didn't do Itrackbites and went with WW in the first place. If WW keeps relying solely on "Apps" they will alienate a lot people, myself included. I like the new plan though, but if it becomes too much strain for my eye to go back and forth just to add my water and Veggie intakes, I'll have to drop it.
