Hello Everyone sunrose - Hope you enjoyed your cookout today. wwlurker - Hope your weekend is going well. I did well at my meal yesterday - ate half there and brought the rest home to eat today. I'm having a little trouble with snacking today. I keep wanting to eat crunchy, salty things I have in the house. I'll probably have to get rid of some of these if I can't control them. I do like the Wheat Thins Toasted crackers, so I hope I can have them here and control them better. Weigh-in tomorrow. It will be interesting to see how I did with eating all my daily and weekly points.

Good morning
cj59 good luck with WI today. I bought some of the Good Thins crackers. The Corn one with sea salt. 41 crackers for 3 points. Love them.
wwlurker hope you are having a good weekend.
I enjoyed going to my neighbors house. She made a chicken stew that was very good and a 3 bean salad. I have to watch my sodium and she accommodated me with that. So nice. I took some fruit and an angel food cake. We shared a bottle of wine and watched our dogs play.

Good morning everyone! Checking in... Yesterday I went swimming and to yoga and this morning I went to the gym. I've noticed how my lack of activity is impacting me and I need to change that! sunrose49 - your evening with your friend sounds divine! cj59 - good job executing the plan! That's where I usually have trouble. Today I'm doing my best; trying to get my head back in the game. Hope everyone has a great, OP day!

Hello Everyone sunrose - You party at your neighbors sounds nice. I love to get an angel food cake sometimes as a treat. I haven't tried the Good Thins crackers yet, I'll have to get some. wwlurker - I hope you enjoyed the swimming and yoga this morning, that sounds refreshing and relaxing. Hope your day goes well. I weighed-in today and lost weight this week and that's with eating all my daily points and weekly points. I'm going to try to stay at this level for a few more weeks and if I keep losing then I guess I might need to increase my daily points. I'm sure very few people stay the same weight each week after they've made it to goal, so I guess I have to figure out how much I can eat and stay close to the same weight.

Good morning everyone! Today is my last day before WI. I've not been OP this week, so we'll see what happens. cj59 - it's good to know that you can eat all of your points and still lose. I'm sure you'll find the right balance. I've been thinking a lot about what I'm going to do once this plan wraps up in a couple of weeks. Right now I'm leaning towards taking a break for a bit and maybe trying Momentum on my own for a while. My plan is very strict. Maybe I need to ease in by doing Momentum, which allows me to eat what I want and track it. We shall see... Hope everyone has a great, OP day!

Good morning
cj59 that's great you are keeping such a close eye on the points. Can the Momentum program be found any where? The stuff I found of mine did not show the program rules.
wwlurker it's nice to change sometimes. Let us know if you go with the Momentum.
Still working the steps and today is a rest day from the dvd workouts.

Before I post I just want to say how irritating this site is sometimes. I'll be posting and the page freezes and then I lose my post!!!! That just happened! wwlurker - Hope your weigh in goes well and you figure out what program you want to do next. sunrose - Hope your day is going well. Here's some information and links about WW Momentum: ronisweigh.com/2008/12/a-review-of-the-new-weight-watchers-momentum-plan-share-your-thoughts.htmlThe Momentum program bases point values on calories, fat and fiber. Each person's daily points are calculated on current weight, age, gender, height, and activity. Everytime you lose 10 pounds you lose a daily point. Everyone gets 35 weekly points. The lowest daily points are 18 (personally I think that is too low so I never went below 21). The Good Health Guidelines are supposed to be followed. sites.google.com/site/wwcheatsheets/home/momentumpointswww.calculatorcat.com/health/weight-watchers-calculator.html - I use this food calculator a lot I'm doing well today and staying on track. I went out earlier and I do find it tough to pass up all the Fast Food places, I really miss being able to eat at all of them. A while back I made a list of places I wanted to eat and the points values for items I wanted at each of them. Seeing the high point value on some things made it easy to say I didn't really need it. Some of the things I did fit into my plan and enjoying eating them. I guess I need to update my list and try to work in some of those foods this summer.

cj59 - that was a great idea. sunrose49 - i have a paid non ww app that lets me do momentum. It's basically 50 cal per point with adjustments up for fat and down for fiber. Did WI today. Down 0.4 despite being off plan. I have 2 wks left. I would like to buckle down and get 5 lbs in those 2 wks. I think I am going to take a break for a bit. I need to get my head in a better place. I may try Momentum using some of this plan's principles (water, simple food, 2 c veg with dinner and lunch, 2 treats per week, limited carbs) and see how I do. Hope everyone has a great op day!

Hi wwlurker - Congratulations on the weight loss, I bet that was a nice surprise. I know you can make these last two weeks work I agree with you that the principles of Momentum are what are good and those are what help me. sunrose - Hope you are doing well today. I'm doing well and sticking to my food plan. I'm going out tomorrow to a market where I know I'll be buying some high calorie food. I've been planning for it and eating less these last few days, so I can fit them in. Have a great day!

cj59 thank you for the information regarding Momentum. I just recently threw out all my old WW stuff. Ugh
wwlurker congrats on the loss!
You both sound like you are doing good. I too need to get my head in the game. I'm thinking about stopping my monthly pass with WW and doing it on my own. I am just wasting $ right now.

Good morning everyone! Today I have a lunch out and I've planned what I'm going to have. It's plan friendly. cj59 - I hope you enjoy your higher-point items. sunrose49 - I feel like that right now too. My program is way to expensive not to be committed to it, even if I do get reimbursed by insurance. I'm thinking of double tracking for the next couple of weeks to see how the foods I'm currently eating would fare on Momentum. I did my lunch and it's quite high in points even though it's perfectly acceptable on my plan. It will require me dipping into WPs. It will be interesting to see if I can continue to eat the foods I enjoy on this plan on Momentum. I don't want to lose the healthy habits this plan has given me; I just want a bit of a break from how strict it is because I'm finding that it's starting to make me feel like a failure. I've also sketched out how many points I should be using for each meal and it seems reasonable to me. I hope everyone has a great, OP day!
