OCTOBER IS here! While there's still a LITTLE bit of warm days left, let's make a goal of getting outdoors for at least 15 minutes a day, whether it's going for a walk or just enjoying a sunrise or sunset with a light jacket on.
WELCOME EVERYONE, anytime, and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. - Join in on the August water-exercise challenge if you want to, but no pressure if you want to do something else.
This challenge runs Septermber 1 through September 30, 2023. Hello everybody! Does anyone else feel both sad that summer is coming to an end but also excited about the new school year -even though we aren't in school, lol?! There's something about September that makes you want to start fresh again with a new slate. What do you want to begin again?

I astarted today eating 2 sweet potatoes pre cooking measurement .6 oz each. I cut them ups and steamed for 5 minutes my microwave system ciooker. it is really filling. I found crunchy bags of salad. and I will a can of black. beans with some non fat dressing nd eat that the rest of the day except I will have 2/3 cup of a Neapolitan colored brewers iceman supposedly low carb that is 100 calories for. treat. I really like that. I don't drink coffee so I have some diet soda in the morning. And then I have a cooler I put jug I fill with water in it and drink that the rest of the day unless I go out to a long appointment and then I take oa matter bottle.

I think if I get hungry later in the I eat another sweet potato cause I have room with what I am eating for another for all my points.

I bought 1 pair of pull on pants to see that has inside it something warmer than just my regular pants. I have it ib easy pays. I lose weigh first on my lets so I Cana wear pull on pants.

I lost 2 pounds since I had gained now 202.I would like to lose 12 pounds by January 1. I I would be 190 then by January .

Good morning! Thanks for starting us Amy! Sounds like an excellent goal this month!
Amy, you got me craving sweet potatoes, lol! Do you mind if I join you in your weight goals? They seem very doable. I'll make a slight change of 14 pounds by January 1, just 'cuz that would put me in the 170s.

Well I decided to shop for sure. I am having 24 ounces I frozen peas that I ciook and eat during the day. Then I bought 7 lean cuisines for dinner and then I bough low gargoyle's cream by Briers that is good and have 2 portions. I think I will Abe okay. I like peas alot and they. And I like t2 snacks a day and I like the lean cuisine I picked out that I've had. I also bough south a notebook to put down what I spend and plan. I am leaving my mental care yto got with a new program folder people But they have not called back an di will be discharged from from my mental health care.

I found some things to eat both good for me but tasty. I am eating food club frozen peas 2 packages of 12 ounces that I steam together for 15 minutes and eat 2/3 cup during the day,. Then u have 2/3 cup of Breyers ice cream low carb which is 100 and 4 points each. Then I have a lean cuisine that I like Chicken fried rice for dinner., So I have lots of protein and fiber The ice cream has 8 grams of fiber. the dinner has 2. And the peas 33. Protein. the peas 42 and the chicken fried rice 17 I am delighted cause I can still my fave diet cherry Pepsi.

I I go for infusion today. Next week I go to WW. I am between 201 and 202 on my doctors scale. But that means I was walking outside and back to the pharmacy. in Target or or to meet Scott in McDonalds or to walk to Credit Union.
