I am getting a yoga mat for the toning that starts in December. I am going to pay off my laptop by March . I feel lucky about that. We are going to McDonalds tomorrow where ei bring food in a thermos. I WATP when I woke up just now. it does hurt my lower back problem which really hurts on the treadmill. I go Friday to hear my bone density results. it is highly Mathematical.

He packed up my laptop and russ took me to UPS and I was able to return it with the label. it did not let me go on internet at mcDonalds easier. I got the mat for the tuning mat Target. And I can use the money I paid toward the computer as a merchandise credit. I just need for it to be returned before November 10 to be able to not make a payment

I am at Mcdonalds cause I needed the walk and OI felt i i could get this in since i did 1 mile for 15 minutes only. There is a hilly part to the outside walk. But when snow comes, not so good covering uneven sidewalks and its not good for me with balance and osteopenia. I am very happy that i am retired.

Good morning! How is everyone? I've got a LOT of catching up to do!
So I was in Tuscany, Italy for a week which was so cool! But I apparently brought home an unexpected souvenir -covid! Even though I had yet another booster shot a month ago! So I spent all last week basically in bed. I have finally tested negative Saturday and Sunday, just need to test negative again today to be out of isolation. My kids have been great bringing me groceries and home cooked meals.
BUT the plot thickened AGAIN! Poor Susan got brutally tackled in a women's rugby match (some of those women are BIG! Susan is not big!). Her right fibula is broken and something is damaged in her left knee but they couldn't do a MRI Saturday so she's going in today for the MRI and see how bad the knee is. So she has to try to stay off both legs! And she can't stay with me because of the covid.
I really have the best kids! Tim and Julie were in Boston so unavailable to help, but Jer's been looking after Susan at his home. Tim got back home last night so he'll pick up Susan today and take her in for the MRI, then she'll go to Tim and Julie's. When all feel the coast is clear, Susan can come to my house which is the best suited for someone to live on the first floor.

Deb there is a new variant that is unrelated to the other ones this fall. So ievent though you've had covid. I had 2 covid shots to begin 2 boosters and the fifth is the regal annual covid shot adjuster. You should still get it. Sorry about getting covid. I got a hir cut after saving up. I go today to the store I think I am going to buy some 12 ounce frozen corn packs and 14 progressive lentil soup and bagels forever bagels to have one whole wheat a day with 1 tablespoon peanut butter.
